Two generations of our family have done business with Jerry and Cheshire Glass for at least 25 years, with kind and understanding help and solutions to stretch our dollar from Jerry. We think these kind of businesses do require a little more than social media to experience their best, because they are people you can and should talk to and learn about what they can offer and understand some of the details.That said we never had any problem connecting with them and getting prompt helpful responses with email.

Worst company and even worse customer service! I brought a piece a glass to the store and filed out the proper paperwork and requested to make payment at the time. Little did I know that there unprofessionalism was to the point that would completely ignore the request . After I called to check on my product there response was we have done nothing and if you want you can pay today and wait some more .My advise to anyone who will think about doing business with company should look for another company with decent customer service.
