Filipe and his master team of movers were superior. No task was too big. Always willing to assist and constantly went above and beyond. very polite and gracious. Highly recommend for any type of move

We used Ace Van and Storage on two occasions and were very impressed with their service. For our most recent move, they arrived promptly, wrapped fragile furniture carefully, and worked diligently for seven hours. The two movers were very polite, professional, and accommodating. Movers are movers, right? Wrong. Philippe, Gabriel and Marcus, of Ace Movers, were on-time, courteous, quick, efficient & friendly (without being too friendly). They went above and beyond in so many ways, there isnt enough room to write about it here.A lot of people are moving these days which some movers see as an opportunity to gouge on pricing. From a cost perspective, Ace Movers came in under budget which beat the next highest estimate we received by nearly $1K. There were no surprises on the final bill.Weve moved 3 times in the last 10 months. Moving is not usually a pleasant experience. But these guys made it as pain-free as possible. We would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good moving experience at a very reasonable price.

Absolutely outstanding service. Our movers, Gary & Antonio, were efficient, professional, kind, & fun. They worked so hard to ensure we were happy with where items went. Nothing was damaged or broken and everything was handled with extreme care. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing help with a move. We couldn’t have done it without them!

Al and his crew were great! We had a lot of stuff to move. They treated everything like it was theirs. They took the time to wrap all my antiques and packed them on an organized manner. Unloading at my new home was just as courteous and professional. You can tell these men have worked together for a long time. They have a system and operate like a fine Swiss watch. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Update - Weeks after this awful move, I continue to find that items are missing and the cost of replacement only adds to the frustration and annoyance. Aces response is basically there is nothing they can do. My fault for not inventorying each and every box that came off the truck; for not having pictures of the contents of each box. Previous review - Not at all happy with Ace. I contracted with Ace because of their reviews. I was adamant that I wanted their specific personnel to do the move and they agreed. However, several days before the move, I was informed the movers were McLaughlin Van Lines from New Hampshire - a company I knew nothing about. The mover was courteous, but he informed me he was NOT responsible for any damage that might occur to my belongings. Virtually the first item he touched he ripped off the knobs to an antique dresser. His sole concern was to pack the trailer as tight as possible, as a result he removed the feet from every piece of furniture, he disassembled whatever he could and jammed his truck tight. Upon delivery, virtually every piece of furniture and our bikes were scratched, in addition several boxes were lost/not delivered, and the contents of one box was entirely broken. Moving is very stressful and Ace fulfilled my fears and only added to the stress. I would not recommend Ace or McLaughlin.

Pros: punctual, assemble well bedrooms, well priced, kind and responsive, dependableCons: some paint chips at bedroom entrance doors (perhaps unavoidable?), one nightstand back part was slightly unscrrewed, they did not bring mattress covers (as I did packing myself)

Excellent work from the movers

I interviewed five moving companies for my recent out of state move. Ace Van & Storage in Cheshire CT was by far the best organized and straight forward to deal with. They have many years of experience in the moving industry, and they are sensitive to customer needs. I highly recommend them.

Have no complaints,read all the reviews and decided to go with one of the more national known moving companies and took ratings in consideration.We expressed our concerns to the United sales person that we wanted no surprises on price and he assured us his quote would be very actuate.Its almost hard to believe how close his quote on weight was, he quoted 6400 and we weighed in at 6600 lbs. we did have a few add ons as far a packing but the fee was nominal.Our furniture and belongings stayed on the same truck and our movers were extremely careful in the way everything was wrapped with blankets and loaded.Best part was same movers delivered to our home in FL that picked up in CT.Not one item was damaged or missing. Thanks movers.

We had an excellent experience. The entire process was open & clear.From the person who surveyed the house,to the people who packed & did more than we thought we could handle, to the loaders & unloaders, who were professional,friendly & efficient. Everyone worked as a team under the very experienced leader. Also the estimated price did not vary from the final price paid.

Ace Van & Storage provided excellent service, providing an accurate estimate of the cost of the move, handling an additional request to transport my car, and then working with me to ensure my household items were delivered when things got hung up because of the 4th of July holiday. I would definitely use them again.

Very expensive and 2 broken items.Movers broke table and hooked up washer incorrectly and caused water damage to ceiling. When we called they said they dont hook up washers and the crew stated that they never hooked up washer. The move was for my 82 yo mother. When she called person was rude and called her a liar. 2 people saw mover hooked up washer. Will contact lawyer and BBB. Called Erin and was no help. Tried to resolve but horrible customer service

I DID THE DELIVERY AT DALTON ENTERPRISE, ITS IN THE BACK OF THE WAREHOUSE.VERY FRIENDLY, VERY FAST IN THE UNLOADING, THE SPACE TO DO THE MANEUVERS IS REASONABLE, NOT VERY SPACIOUS BUT IT IS FAIR AND NECESSARY.ALL GOOD.
