Awesome service!! Tires needed to be replaced anyway soon but the night before we were leaving for vacation the wife came home with a huge screw in a tire. Called store at closing time and spoke with Kevin. Told me to come in first thing when they opened this morning and they would take care of me so we wouldnt have to delay leaving for our vacation. In and out in less then 45 minutes with a great deal on a great tire, better then the one I had looked at getting. Never made me feel like it was an inconvenience to ask for service on short notice. The folks at this store are great!! Highly recommend!

Ive been going to Discount Tire/Americas Tire for years, and the service and professionalism has always blown me away. The Chester location was on it from start to finish. I love how they are just so honest and upfront. Caring and not pushy. Consistently excellent service. Best place to get tires hands down.

Awesome service! I booked everything online. The prices at Discount Tire are almost always the best and the small rebates and instant savings sweeten the deal. They are definitely cheaper than places like Tire Rack, Costco, Sams Club, etc. I was able to get a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 All Seasons for around $1100 including the tire certificates (which I highly recommend if you plan on keeping the car).Now to the service. I was greeted by Adam before my appointment. He gathered the information and the crew started on my car quickly. I must say that these guys (and girls) move fast. The crew finished within an hour as promised. I was highly impressed with the speed of the crew, including the people not working on my car.Adam was kind enough to have my old tires put into plastic bags as I needed my old tires back. Excellent service from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had a tire blow out last night. Called to get 4 tires replaced on my Nissan NV3500. Looking for AT tires that the algorithm online won’t show me because it’s not “stock” size. They fit me in same same day. Found me a deal and didn’t try to upsell me. They also put my spare back under the car for me (it’s a hassle). Ask for Nick G. He’s super knowledgeable and very friendly (almost like he likes his job or something lol). They also provide a military discount which is icing on the cake. Blown away with the customer service.

Ive gone to them several times...great service and friendly ppl in the store but FedEx makes the business look awful. Each occasion my order never comes when its schedule to come. This makes it hard to plan when you repeatedly have to move your schedule around. I love the service in the store but they continue to use FedEx then I think have to take my business somewhere else. I say if you are planning ahead then use them but if you have an emergency go somewhere else.

Never disappointed with DT. Fixed a hole in the tire by a nail for free. Also got my tires balanced for half the cost of the dealership in half the time.

I went to discount tire as a new resident in the area. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff seemed very inviting and engaging. The more questions I asked, the more that they were answering, it was well organized and you could just feel comfortable as a customer that they knew their product. Service did not take long at all and prices were not bad. I will be returning to Discount Tires for a very long time.

Last night, I discovered a tire on my car had gone completely flat due to a nail. I thought, Well, this will be costly. The rest of this review I will present as a timeline.Today (Saturday), 8:10 AM: I call Discount Tire on Jefferson Davis in Chester to see if they have any open appointment slots. I had never used them before, but they were close and had good reviews. The phone is answered quickly by Nicholas, who is very friendly, obtains my basic information, and schedules me for an appointment at 9 AM.8:55 AM: I arrive at Discount Tire. I am immediately greeted by a friendly tech who looks at my tire and then guides me into a bay. The waiting area is clean and empty.9:10 AM: A tech lets me know that the work is done. The tire has been patched. They also checked all of my other tires, including my spare. As he takes me to my car, he asks if I need anything else. How much do I owe you? I ask. We provide this as a free service, he states. He encourages me to keep them in mind if I need anything in the future and to tell family and friends about them.I couldnt believe it. Ive not received this level of customer service at similar places where I was paying hundreds of dollars for various services. So, yes, I will definitely be back.

Awesome place to go for tire repair work. They had me in and out in minutes and had a full workload at that. I called first to make sure they had what I needed and went there because they were so helpful. Cost was competitive and people very nice

Most all tire / rim width guides state that a 225 tire can be mounted on a 8.5 wheel safely and without issue. Discount tire wont do it though. Seem more concerned about themselves than the customer. I have better luck with the small local tire guys

Bought the Level 8 mark 6 wheels in gunmetal for my Tacoma, staff was friendly and helpful communication was great they keep me up to date on the delivery status, installation took about 30 mins for new wheels. This is the 2nd time I have done business here both times were easy transactions. Good products solid staff no worries. I definitely recommend doing business with this company and also this location

Phenomenal experience. Pulled up and within 5 minutes my wheels were already removed. Would highly recommend this location. I just had to come in and edit this post. I have a 2015 F350 Dually. While they were swapping my tires the found a nail in one of the rear inner tires. Keep in mind this tire had nothing to do with the work I was paying to be performed. They went through the additional work of repairing the tire. I went to pay them additional money since they done additional work.....No Charge. Excellent people, excellent service. Will definitely be back when it is time for new tires. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding service today! Prices are competitive and guaranteed. Ordered new Continental tires yesterday that I expected to arrive in 3 days, but arrived next day. I received a phone call early this morning letting me know the tires were in and booked my appointment time. Service began right on schedule and 4 new tires balanced and installed in under an hour. The waiting area is clean and employees are all wearing masks as appropriate. Kevin, Jeremy, and Addie will take great care of you!

They installed 2 tpms for me. There was 2 small issues with programming. They went out of there way to make sure it turned out correct.

Good customer service DOES matter! Upon the recommendation of a friend and checking prices, we called Kevin who ordered our4 tires. He gave us the estimate which included all new tire pressure sensors and moving a current tire to spare tire. The tires arrived when expected and communication with the team at Discount Tires was great! Addie greeted me as soon as I arrived, checked my mileage, my tires, and discussed the plan. The store was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating appropriately spaced. As we waited for the bay to open (I appreciated driving my vehicle in and out of bay so as to decrease contact.) Addie rang up my purchase/service and reviewed it with me and I paid as we waited for the bay to open. Kevin also greeted me and let me know when work would begin. The work was done efficiently, everyone was incredibly kind and courteous. Highly recommend!!

I went in to get a tire pressure check due to my rear tire looking low. When I got there I was greeted promptly by, I think his name was Noah. I told him about my issue and with the amount of air lost in such as short time, as I was just there a month and a half ago getting 3 new tires, that I probably had something in the tire so he wanted to check the tire over, not just fill it up and send me on my way like some places might do. Indeed there was a nail he removed the nail and patched my tire and I was on my in no time. Get experience as always.

Came in to simply have my tires speed balanced for $40 total due to my car shaking at 60mph. There was no wait due to it being Covid-19 era. But they quickly determined it was only one tire out of balance then decided to only charge me $10 instead of $40. These men were professional and courteous even with masks on practicing social distancing. Id recommend them again and again.

So earlier today my tire pressure indicator came on for the millionth time in two weeks and I finally decided to get it checked, and Discount Tire was the closest place to me. I called them and spoke with Kevin who helped with scheduling a same day appointment for inspection of the problem tire. When I arrived the lobby was clean, staff was observing social distancing guidelines, and their lobby was adequately supplied with chairs at appropriate distances from one another. Staff member Jeremy got my information put into the system and gave me a rundown of my options; they will patch your tire if possible, and if not, they give you a quote upfront of replacement costs. They were able to patch my tire, and this service is offered at no cost to the customer! While they were patching my tire they also checked all my other tires and ensured they were at correct pressure, as well as made sure all the lug nuts were tightened properly. Their friendly, speedy, and gracious services have left me feeling grateful, and solidified a returning customer.

I was looking for tires for my Ford Explorer, I looked around with many tire services like NTB which they had a deal on 4th of July buy 2 get 2 free ..well it ain’t the case.. they add little pieces to your bill until your finale sale is about $700!!Bottom line I was so blessed and happy I called Discount Tire at Chester VA they were so professional & courteous. I deal with all agents in that store from Kevin, Jeremy, Addie they all great and so helpful .. they offered me great price for brand new tires with decent warranty also they way the handle the job is superior!! They basically won me as loyal customer ..keep up the good job guys!!

I was from out of town, needed a single tire. As I pulled up, an associate came out of the facility to greet me and see if they can help with anything. I explained my situtation, and he assisted with finding a tire of my liking by showing me all the options.What impressed me was no pressure to buy a second or all four, or trying to upsell me by touting why that tire is better then another. He recognized my need and I was able to find a tire of my liking installed and back on the road in under 30 minutes when he said it would be done in 45.Unfortunatly, Discount Tire isnt in my area yet, but if I need tires and they are around, Ill go to them.Highly recommend them.
