My alternator died on 95S on the way to a vacation and I was able to get my car to this location. The guy who helped me was incredibly nice and patient with diagnosing my problem. He even tried to call a few repair shops. Great customer service-Im sorry I dont remember his name, but it was a Thursday evening. If hes reading this- thank you so much! If his boss is reading this-he deserves a raise! :)

If advanced snows their stuff they got pretty good prices and it will work with you

Sometimes, those big box stores come in handy. I had a 2012 Civic Si that I couldnt find a part for at my local Napa, CarQuest, or family store. But Advance Auto Parts had it, for a good price as usual.

Replaced my tired old battery in a flash. Super nice and helpful staff. Best place to go for parts in Chester.

Clean, neat store. Very helpful considerate polite customer service. Kinda stinks that Advance Auto employees are not allowed to help folks anymore, besides batteries and wipers. Makes it very hard for physically disabled folks who need just a little help. Understand the reasoning, but I think its a little too tight.

I reached out to Chris here at this advanced to help me source a drum of DEF. I manage a warehouse that has numerous diesel vehicles and we were buying it by the gallon. Chris was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as he was able to answer every question I had about automobiles. His help sourcing this drum for my company gave my warehouse over a cost saving of $800!!! The drum was at the branch in a very timely manner as promised by Chris, I was able to have my driver swing by and pick it up on his way back from a delivery, making our transaction flawlessly smooth allowing us to save more time and money. Hello I got hit from one of your work vans in August and I have spoke to this stores manger months ago even tho that took two months after the accident to get a hold of the general manger but they finally did thier part by calling corporate and I have reach out to corporate and my insurance has so many time and we have not got any call back! So im sorry but I will message on evey Plat format yall have to get a response to fix my car or reimburse me for yalls mistake! I get hit from a work van and no one even trys to contact me back! I now have waited 8 mounth and have to fix my car out my own pocket!

There is absolutely NO social distancing or mask wearing in this store. I called before going in. I was told they were taking precautions. None of the 4 employees wore masks. The rude manager walked by and said, We have medical exceptions. Well they should tell their customers that.

I walked in just a few minutes before closing hoping to get a new battery. Without hesitation, Roger wheeled out his cart and got to work. He had to do some modifications and stay late, but Roger made it happen. He could have easily told me the store was closing and that he couldnt help, but Im so thankful that he didnt. Its not very common these days to find people going above and beyond, but Roger certainly did that tonight. Thank you!

Awesome, employee named Shak went above and beyond checking my mothers check engine light and printed off a list of possible issues associated with the code. Will definitely be back for the parts to fix the issue.

Service was good until they told me they wouldnt install my battery.I told him I was a big sign on the wall install battery if you purchase it. I said only on some cars we installed the battery. So to me that would be false advertisement.

Employees are helpful but always seem busy. A couple times I have been in there and there will be a long line at one register with 3 other employees to at computers just chatting with each other. They will help you install some things which is nice and my reasoning for 4 stars instead of 3.

I went to get a socket or a tire iron for my new aftermarket wheels and the guy told me that he couldnt wave a magic wand and have the part. He only had to say they didnt have the part. Which OReilly was more than happy to sell and much better customer service!

I have bought from Advance for many years. Always great service, knowledgeable employees, friendly, attentive, and 9 times out of 10 they have my part. I usually order online, using the discount and Speed Perks.

So I almost died this morning because one of the windshield wiper blades my husband purchased flew off in the middle of a down pour on the interstate. They would not issue a refund for the defective product that put my life in danger. Only replace it with the same product... So thanks guys. Thanks a lot.

The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because one time I called to ask how much Akebono brand calipers were for my vehicle. The employee told me that no auto parts stores carry that brand and the only way to get Akebono brand is through the dealership. When I said that NAPA has Akebono brand, he replied then get them at NAPA and hung up the phone before I could say thanks for checking or anything. Other than that extremely rude employee, all of my other interactions and purchases have been great at this Advance Auto. STAY AWAY FROM THE ONE AT 6443 IRON BRIDGE ROAD THOUGH
