Just called to see if they carry hot pink hair spray, rep put me on hold to check and never came back after 10 mins. I called back assuming she forgot but kept getting a busy signal after it rang. Havent even visited the store and this was horrible customer service. Today is 20211024 1140 am
The lady working at the store was super nice and friendly. She was busy stocking items. I would have given 5 stars but a lot of the nail supplies like files and stuff were not stocked.
Went to the store to find out if they had a particular item, woman in the back on the phone, answered me rather rudely walked into the back continued her phone conversation. Not friendly nor helpful, should have tried another store in the area. Bad experience.

Love this Sallys. I go here for hair supplies when I want to change up my look and they always have everything I need. They are keeping up to date with coronavirus requirements. Staff is very friendly and prices are pretty good! Would recommend.

The cash registers were slow and not working properly and your Professional prices has gone up tremendously. For example: The foot files that i buy was $1.79 Ea. now over $3.00??? Im going to buy online in bulk instead of buying with you. I feel that Pros who tend to purchase the most should get a much better discount than what you are currently offering.
The store manager is very rude and unprofessional. I went into the store to return hair that I brought the day before and it was unopened. She had a ear piece on having a conversation with a family member. While, she was dealing with a customer in front of me. She asked me how can she help me and I told her I brought the wrong hair. She simply said the store does not allow returns on hair. I had the receipt and asked her if there was another way I could get my money back. The manager didn’t look at my receipt or what was in the bag. Also, I was talking to her behind the customer. She didn’t even offer to switch out the hair. Instead she said I couldn’t return it. I told her they should have told me yesterday that I would not be able to return it, if I brought it. If that’s the policy that’s fine, but she did not care enough to talk to me after she was done with her first customer. Her approach was cold. She was super nice to the customer in front of me because she knew her. She was very unprofessional and didn’t take the time to see what I needed. Rude manager and I will not be going back to this location.
I go there frequently and usually I have a good experience, but the last time I went in it wasn’t great. The cashier while checking me out was on FaceTime with someone on her phone and didn’t even bother to speak to me. She was completely unprofessional.
