What a great place to buy a new bed, came in with the idea and or thought that I wanted to buy Purple. I was greeted by Dan Friedman, what a down to earth guy, right off the bat I told him what I had in mind. Dan had me lay down on the Purple then he suggested I try another mattress. When I say I was sold, I was more than sold because we came in the next day and bought a brand new bed, they even delivered it that weekend! Overall very happy with this location, was not pressured to buy anything, Dan took his time with us and was very down to earth. If your looking to buy a new bed, or even thinking about replacing a new one, I would stop by here, talk to Dan, he will take the time to help you.*Oh forgot to add, they even bagged and removed the old bed for us! How cool was that, not having to worry about taking it to the dump! A++ service all around*

Being 30 I thought it was time to be an adult and buy a new mattress instead of the give away one I had had for the past 6 years. Having never bought a mattress before I walked into this location and was met by Dan Taylor. Dan was knowledgeable about each product and was able to guide me to mattress that fit my body type, sleeping positions, and budget. He was kind and personable and gave me his full attention during my purchase. When other customers came into the store he would greet them and would kindly ask them to wait whilst he was helping me with my purchase and that hed be right with them. Dan described how the delivery of my new mattress would go and sure enough he was right! The delivery guys were right on time and very professional. I bought one of their Beauty Rest Pressure Smart mattresses and so far a week in I have no complaints and my back feels so much better!

BUYER BEWARE!!!😡The salesman that assisted me, Daniel Taylor, was awesome. He was knowledgeable about the products and courteous. I purchased the PRESSURE SMART LUX EXTRA FIRM on 4/25/21. The left side of the bed has already collapsed. I made a video, because I wanted to show them proof. Upon entering the store, I explained to a different sales associate what the issue was, and he told me, I would have to submit a claim online. This didn’t set well with me, because, ONE, I didn’t have the mattress past 30 days and TWO, it was an in store purchase. I did go online and attempt to start a claim, but it wasn’t the easiest process, so I gave up. I called back to the store and asked for a number to corporate, because my next step was going to be to take them to court. Long story short, a salesman reached out to me and I will be getting another mattress on, 7/25/21. I only gave 2 stars because, I was told I would have to pay another $80 for a technician to come out to my home to VERIFY there was a problem, when I already had the video proof on my cellphone, AND because, if I was having a problem submitting a claim, I can only imagine what the elderly would have to go through. Their claim process gets an absolute ZERO. People should be able to walk in and submit their claim, especially since they didn’t buy the mattress online.

Excellent customer service and able to meet our budget for a new guest room mattress. They are a little pricey for delivery and removal at $120 even though they did lower it to $100. I was able to recycle the mattress on my own for $7. The extra $93 not worth the convenience plus having to be home for an 8 hour window. Other than that good experience.

Good customer service. Great experience. Not pushy. Let me check out what I wanted and was able to ask questions without feeling pressured to buy something. Even though I knew exactly what I went in there for.

I visited the Chester, VA store on August 31, 2020 a little after 6PM looking to replace my current king size mattress. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Steve, who asked me how I was doing and what could he help me find today. I stated I was looking for a King size mattress, he asked what was my budget which was $1500. He showed me two mattresses he thought would work best for me and my budget; he did a great job of explaining the specific differences between each mattress and why there was a difference in price. He also provided information regarding other mattresses they offered and why I would be happy with the ones he recommended. I choose a more expensive mattress based on his recommendations, as well as the box springs, mattress encasement, and delivery. I was VERY happy with my visit to the Chester, VA store; Steve was very personable, professional, and a great guy overall. I planned to shop around to find the best deal but after spending time with Steve, Im glad to have made a purchase with him, saving me time and money. Thank you Steve!!

Purchased Purple 4 mattress in Jan. Developed a sag that keeps getting worse. The store was most helpful swapping out for a Temperpedic. Customer service was A++.

But we needed a new bed, so I went by this Mattress Firm and spoke with Daniel Taylor, what a relief. He was very easy going, and knowledgeable. He helped walk me through trying different bed types and never once did I feel like he was trying to pressure me into buying something that wasnt right for me. Richard helped us find our long awaited matress. We had been sleeping on an old matters with a 4in memory foam topper for years. My boyfriend could no longer sleep at night and we both have lower back pain. Richard was super friendly and very informative. We took advantage of the labor day sale and bought, what we hope will be, our dream bed. Beds are definitely reaching high prices and the adjustable bases are expensive too, but they have very reasonable financing and different options to choose what works better for you. Tell him Helen and Robert sent you, whether you buy something or not. Richard is definitely someone to see when interested in matters shopping.

Ive used Mattress Firm at another location and was very satisfied.I will never used the Chester store again. Ast. manager told me one story, then the Regional manager gave all types of excuses promised a mattress would be in the store by a specific date. It didnt arrive messed us up since we were expecting company who needed this mattress. It took 10 days to get a mattress to us. NOT HAPPY

Ordered a king size beautyrest signature from MF. The 2 delivery guys Joseph and Tyrone were professional and quick. They had a showe protectors to protector my carpet because it was raining outside. As Tyrone took the plastic off the new bed and placed it on the ned boards he then placed the old mattress in the plastic and they taped everything up. The guys put my bed in the room, took a pic of it and they were in their way. Very professional young men. The only thing my order was supposed to come with a memory foam pillow but that wasnt on the truck. Tyrone made a note of that.
