First off this was my third trip to rugged Marine seems like every time I bring my boat there it comes back with a different problem and something on their endbut besides that fact I decided to try them again they called me Monday told me to bring my boat in that they could get right on it my master power switch wasnt working they said no problem they could have it ready by Thursday which is today I called them ask them how it was going the lady told me that they hadnt even got started on it that theyre 3 weeks out I informed her that Jack called me on Monday and said that beings it was only a power switch they could get right on it and take care of it because I had a tournament to fish so I believe the owner got on the phone to me with a very bad attitude and told me every time I bring my boat there I have a tournament to fix and I had to wait in line just like everybody else I would be fine with that but number one dont have an attitude problem number two you guys are the ones that told me to bring it in and you could get right on it so they decided to park my boat out in the middle of the parking lot and told me to come pick it up thats pretty bad business from somebody who spent over $1,500 with you do not go here ever Im warning you guys

They are the nicest people u will ever meet. They answer any questions u might have. They call u about anything they see wrong. Quick turnaround as well. I had my boat back in about two weeks. I know that sounds long but considering they had 20 boats ahead of me thats quick. They will always have my business. Thank u guys so much for such great service

I will be taking my Boston Whaler with a EVINRUDE 90 HO to them for warranty work for now on. I had some other issues non-warranty related for them to fix. I thought the Bill was very fair and work performed. Was done in reasonable time frame as well.

Nice people but slow. They said it would take 2 weeks to do an insurance claim repair and it took 5 weeks. I also asked for extra work that I paid for myself. One of the repairs was not made. I wont be back unless I have no other choice.

I used rugged thinking with 60 yrs experience Ill be treated right wrong why rebuild Carburetor and not check fuel pump set the battery in not installed boat didnt run
