Staff was nice but service took over 2.5 hrs when they had mentioned only 1 hr and half. They lack to mentioned they had to order our tires from Richmond and then they had to take them somewhere else to balance them.

Sam was very helpful to diagnose the noise my car is making. He was professional, quick, and explained the process in terms I could understand. I will definitely be taking my car back to Sam at the Chester location. Thanks for all the help!

They usually vacuum my car but they didnt, the car next to mine got vacuumed and the windows got cleaned. But that really didnt bother me as much as the rag that was left under the hood of my car. Going up the highway and I start seeing something coming from under my hood, so i hurry up and pull over and open my hood its a rag they left under there. Good thing it didnt get wrapped around my belt or anything.

If you ask me this place is going down hill fsst. Nobody checked the air pressure in the tires and they told me I needed all of brakes replaced. For the most part 2 of them sat around playing on their phones. I asked for them not to clean the windows this time because usually they are just streaky when I leave. I would highly recommend going somewhere else with better service.

I like Jiffy Lube as a company but especially this one in Chester! I grew up in Chester so even though the community seems to be growing rapidly, it still has a small town feel to it! So having good people with good attitudes helps grow this small town! Emmanuel Celestino the manager here was very helpful and has a well run staff! If you need to be in and out really quickly with great service please come here and you wont regret it! Hope this helps out God bless!!!!

I visited this store some months back and was very dissatisfied with the service I received. Coming from a Jiffy Lube in Waldorf Md ( the Crain Hwy Facility), where I received outstanding service . Managed by Tony I expected to receive the same service and professionalism every where. Well today I decided to stop back by the Jeff Davis facility, where I was greeted by a young man name Samuel Harrison. His customer service was over the top. Just having to relocate to this area, Sam has changed my mind about this Jiffy Lube. I most definitely will be visiting again. Thanks Sam, you’re awesome…..

Just received a jiffy lube checkup in another state got on the highway headed to the east coast through the mountains and the check engine light came on and the tires were very shakey (made for a very uneasy ride) pulled up to jiffy lube once I got in town expressed my concerns and the manager (Emanuel) personally came out and worked on my car to make sure I felt safe. Good customer service!

Emmanuel the manager really saved us when our car broke down on a long trip. We had our car towed here and he was able to repair it right away. Fast and friendly.

The oil plug was not put back in correctly and I lost most of the oil. Had to take the truck to a different place they told me what happened with the oil and why. They also said they have seen this with jeffylube many times. Could have blown my motor. Will never use Jeffy lube again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They quoted 300 for a brake job over the phone. When the car got in the shop it went up to $500. When we picked the car up it was over $900. And it took a week to fix. We had to get a rental car. So in total we spent almost $1200.00 (including the rental) for a simple brake job. And they would not budge on the price. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

I had money and some medicine stolen from my work truck while the oil change was being done. The manager said she would investigate. She said she would make them empty their pockets. She said theres nothing she could really do. What a joke. She stated shes never had this problem before. Maybe its because they hadnt been caught. Their not going to fess up to stealing anything because they know they would be terminated. I hope the owner looks into this and questions the managerand employeess. I saw cameras maybe it will show who was rifling threw my work truck. Dont leave cash or medication in your vehicle while being serviced at this location. Changes are some or all yor this may be missing. Cant even get an oil change with the fear of things being stolen.

The guys were extremely helpful. 1 employee must have noticed I was disabled & walked w me to the lobby to be safe. Another helped me to the van after service. My only issue was the ONLY female (I saw) decided to light a cigarette while under the hood of my van, which I had to say something to the manager (I guess) Im asthmatic & I dont ever allow anyone to smoke in or around my van. She also seemed to get upset when told not to smoke around/in the service bay. Other than that the service & guys were extremely helpful & wonderful!!!!

Terrible Service, not the Jiffy Lube of 7 months ago. There has been 2 crew changes. The first an improvement over the original. The current is worst than the original. Fluctuations in pricing Quality of service and the lack of courtesy on professionalism is apparent. Ill be searching for an established service center for future service on my vehicles

I went for an oil change. I asked the manager if vacuuming was part of the service and he said yes. After the service I noticed the vacuuming wasnt done so I called the manager immediately and he told me he watched them do the vacuuming so he knows it was done. I told him Im looking at my mats and I promise you the vacuuming was not done. He told me again I watched them do it so I know it was done. Bring it back and Ill take care of it. I brought my truck back and the manager comes to me and says I know what happened the hose was clogged when they were vacuuming. I said to the manager if the hose was clogged why did they say it was vacuumed and leave it a mess? He said he doesnt know and he vacuumed it himself. He did not do a great job of vacuuming it and when be was finished he just walked away from the vehicle and told his assistant tell them to have a good day. I thought this was very unprofessional but I appreciate the time he took to try to fix the situation.

I asked ...had to ask for my tires to be checked....windows to be cleaned. They did clean the windows. They werent busy.

Everyone here was so nice! They made sure I got everything I needed. oil change, tire rotation and a tire repair (small leak from nail). Price was reasonable. I left feeling like I got a square deal. That is rare this day and age. Will definitely return.

My car cut off right in front of this Jiffy Lube on Jeff Davis Hwy. The manager was so helpful.. he was polite, friendly and checked my car and told me what was wrong. He went out of his way to make sure he got me going again. I use Jiffy Lube for oil changes anyway, but from now on, I’m going to THIS location!! Thanks! Best service ever!

I have been to jiffy lube many time but at this specific location. They drained my transmission fluid instead of oil. To cover it up put the wrong transmission fluid back on there. Had to get my car towed to the dealership only to tell me that they have put the wrong fluid on my vehicle. Ended up paying extra $300 dollar to get my vehicle fixed. Keep in my vehicle only has little over 5500 miles and are new, no reason for fluids to be leaking out of the vehicle. Drove there perfectly and had to get my car out of there by towing company. Although there is 2 gentleman who have tried to fix the issue in a hot sun but will not return back or visit that location again. Will not recommend this place.

I normally have all service performed with my mechanic, but my schedule has been so hectic I haven’t been able to schedule an oil change. I stopped in Jiffy Lube (Chester) today, and I was pleased with their customer service. I brought it in for an oil change only, and one if the employees came to tell me they found a $5 bill in the floorboard while vacuuming my vehicle! I was touched by their honesty! They also offered a coupon for my service today. Thank you!

Tyler, the manager, was very professional and helpful in assisting me with an engine issue after an oil change at nearby Jiffy Lube location. He personally met me, quickly diagnosed the issue, and presented my options. Next, he quickly replaced the air flow sensor and the car was like new. Thanks to Mike and the professional staff at the Chester, VA Jiffy Lube, they have another extremely satisfied customer. I will be returning to their location for my car service needs. I went in for an oil change. I got there 20 min before closing. They did a rush job on my car. My car was still saying oil change required and the sticker had not been changed. I felt like they didnt change my oil. The next day I had to go out my way to go back to Jiffy Lube. They said they forgot to change the sticker and reset the oil light. There were no appologies nor any type of compensation for my inconvenience. I still feel like the oil wasnt change but I guess I will never know.

I was on a road trip and needed to add oil and Noah and Bob could not have been nicer! I told them what was going on with my car and they were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions with patience and ease. Amazing location! I got my oil change in less than 20 minutes. The guys also broke down the problems they saw and frankly offered solutions without pushing the sale on me. They also provided me with a coupon book and informed me that I could redeem a free 2 quart oil after reaching 3k miles. No one else told me about this before even if this is a customary thing Jiffy Lube does. I will definitely be visiting this location again!

First off totally unprofessional, blasting my radio, joy riding, dancing in the truck. The main issue was the fact that the breaks were put on backwards causing a chunk of the rotor to break off.

I didnt have an appointment, just pulled around back to get an oil change and after they got some information from me they started everything. Youre allowed to stay seated in your car while they work, or they offer their waiting room where they have a TV/magazines and complimentary coffee. They have a vending machine in the waiting room, as well as a restroom. Staff was very friendly and didnt try to upsell the transaction or make me think I needed more than I truly did. They also provided me with a coupon book for future visits. Great for a quick stop for tires or an oil change.

I was having my oil change every 5000 miles but last time they didnt change my oil just put a sticker on it and reset my life span on the oil to say 100 percent didnt notice it until later because my check engine light came on the is dark black .so been thinking that i have been driving my car on fresh oil which is the same oil from the 3mos before.i realized this 2 mos after having it change will never go there again

I called ahead as I am use to other locations with obscene wait times and he told me I would be in and out in less than 25 mins. When I pulled up I was greeted by smiling men and told what services my groupon covered. From that point on he was informative about everything happening with my car. Even answered some questions for me that I was unsure of about service for my vehicle. Since I was on my lunch he recommended I come back at a later date for them to do a free brake inspection. All of the employees were great and gave such great service that I will definitely be back. They also vacuumed out my floors which was a great added bonus! Amazing customer service and very quick! Thank you being so professional and going above and beyond what is expected.

I called three days prior to arriving (I work long hours) and arrive to find the price quoted was ten to fifteen bucks under actual price. This is illegal bait and switch, and showed confirmation of said correspondence and they immediately denied who was even working. One of the gentlemen was working that day and immediately copped an attitude when I brought up the bait and switch. Needless to say I am finding another place as I do not trust this one.

They shut the whole place down at random times to go on lunch break! Every guy goes to lunch at the same time. NO SIGNS NO WARNINGS... One other guy waiting cursed and said i just wasted gas coming here. They are suppose to be open! He said I will never come back.. I saw a couple other people leave as well. Not a good way to get customers! Now Im late and didnt get my oil changed. I wont be returning either!!

Over prized service, got oil change done and a coolant flush . The guy performing the oil change and colant flush was on the phone the entire time, and a day later the oil light came back on . Never going there again and not recommending to any one at least the chester location.

They not only change oil but one gets tire pressure checked, fluids checked, and windshield fluid added. Also, periodically they will check the fluids and tire pressure. They do try to get customers to have more done than they need and more expensive oil. One has to stick with what they have decided when going there. Also watch and make sure they always vacuum your vehicle.

Horrible customer service. i just sat there for 5 minutes next in line waiting for an oil change and another car pulls in and they run to help him. I asked why i was being skipped after waiting and was told they didnt see me and was not apologised to and was asked did you still want your oil changed? pathetic

Have been a customer in the past but NEVER AGAIN. Got an oil change on April 11th and then while driving home from NJ the following Saturday I hear a loud thunk and black smoke came billowing out of the back of my car. I thought I had run over something and had a full blown panic attack. Had to leave my car in Baltimore for repairs and rent a car for a whole week until I could manage to get up there again. Found out Monday the loud thunk I heard was my drain cap (which had not been correctly reattached after my last oil change) had fallen off. Because of their negligence Im out over 500$. Not only did all this happen, the manager I called, not to discuss the issue (I was going to bring in my repair paperwork the next day and wanted to make sure a manager would be there for me to speak to), was incredibly rude and pretended there was no way that it could have been there fault.TL;DR AVOID AT ALL COSTS, terrible service and the worse customer service.

They wouldnt apply my coupon. The coupon states, Jiffy Lube Signature Service® Oil Change. My receipt states, Jiffy Lube Signature Service® High Mileage Oil Change. Theres no fine print stating anything specific about oil type.

After having my oil changed had to take my car to the dealer because the check engine light came on and the oil light began to flash. The oil filter had been jammed in incorrectly so had to be replaced. The only thing the manager of jiffy lubes said he could do was give me my next oil change free. Needless to say I will not be back.

Been to this location twice and both times before travelling out of town. Both times Ive had tires blow out. I think they overinflate the tires because this is one heck of a coincidence.
