I highly recommend Smith Flooring Inc! They put vinyl flooring in our kitchen and bathroom floors and we could not be happier!! They were on time, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home! Special shout out to William who was our installer. He answered all our questions on how to care for our new floor tile and left the area clean. We will be using Smith Flooring for all other projects and will recommend them to our family and friends. Price for the job was great also!

Honestly I called about two months ago never got a return phone call. Then I wanted to go to the physical location I drove over there guess what there is no physical location!! My friend called a few months later set up a appointment & installation & guess what his floor is already trash & messed up!! These people are big time SCAMMERS & straight up disrespectful it seems like they take their own anger out on their customers. I would NOT recommend anyone to this business which has no actual physical location.

Working with Angelique and the staff at Smith Flooring was amazing!! Our office was in desperate need of updated floors and we opted to switch from carpet to vinyl wood-look flooring. We needed durable floors as we move boxes quite a bit and have office dogs that walk around throughout the day.We had no idea that we had layers upon layers of flooring underneath our carpet! The staff did a superb job at pulling up the layers and leveling out the floor. Everything was completed in 2 days.We absolutely love our new floors!Thank you so much Smith Flooring!

I recently had an experience where James Smith of Smith Flooring was traveling in Philly in the lane next to me. When the traffic pattern changed, his vehicle shifted into my lane. Rather than let him hit me, I swerved to avoid him, and ended up hitting orange traffic cones on the right hand side of the road.James did pull over, but after I called the police, he tried to leave the scene of the accident.Luckily, the cop showed up, and took both of our statements.Unfortunately, James lied about what happened, and is refusing to pay for the damage to my vehicle. The funny thing is that if Id let him hit me, rather than swerving out of his way, he would have been liable for both his damage and my damage.This being said, I highly recommend that you DO NOT do business with someone like this who has no ethics. This is just a traffic accident that his insurance would pay for. I cant imagine how unsavory he would be would be to do business with.Sincerely,Denise Bleiler

Kristin Smith is extremely rude. I tried calling to get a quote on a commercial project. She thought that I was trying to sell her something, and reacted by shouting expletives and threatening me. Highly unprofessional. As the co-owner of a company, she definitely shouldnt curse at potential customers.
