Great service by Sales Person, Marcos G. I went in looking to join the iPhone family and peacefully part ways from my 21 years of Android lifestyle. Marcos explained the pros & cons of the iPhone. Almost 1 hour later of transferring 68k text messages 🤷🏾‍♀️ and talking about life events....Im happy to say I left the store with a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. The picture quality is phenomenal, I can hear my calls better and the phone is lightweight. My phone case is cute as well! I also like that my S9 will be donated to the Domestic Violence Organization 💜. I recommend this location.

Very minimalist feel to this store. We went in got our phones and got out. Marcos was really helpful with our plan/phones. He was able to answer all our questions and make suggestions for our plan. It was a pretty good experience.

I was polite and got screwed over. I even waited for over an hour and was told to come back next time while other complainers got what they needed. Thanks! Ill remember to be rude next time :)

TCC - Good Job! I wish everyone had this level of customer service. Marcos and other team members did an outstanding job helping me upgrade to my new S21 Ultra. I even called in a few days later and left a message for Marcos to give me a call, it wasnt 20 minutes later, after he had finished with customer in store that I got a call. Thats service that we all appreciate.

Our purpose for the visit was to solve a problem with my wifes phone. We saw an ad, in the store, about the new phones and decided to ask about it. Will, our sale person was very helpful in explaining about two phones that might interest us, and the plans that were available to us. He took the time to research and explain the best plan according to our usage. Yes, we walked out of there with two new phones and a upgraded plan (It also solved my problem of the growing dislike of my phone.) We have been dealing with Will for a number of years and have found him to be personable, helpful, and reliable in solving all of our questions.Great customer service and the location for us, is very convenient.Instead of posting two reviews that would say the same thing, my wifes review would be the same. Five stars from her.

Marcos and Zack were amazing! I went to Verizon not too long ago to get a new phone and they both helped me so much. They were both so professional, positive, nice and overall great men! 10/10 experience for sure!

Marcos was friendly, helpful, and went way over what he really needed to do...anytime. He helped me resolve issues with my new phone. He really looked like he enjoyed his job, and was professional the entire time. His explanations were clear, and did not push when we chose not to purchase the suggested phone accessories. I think he would continue to be a valued member of Verizon. I will make sure that I always look for him, if I need to resolve a problem.

My husband and I received great service from Isaac and his co-worker. It was a great experience even though I dread having to go into the Verizon store for anything. My husband and I had a wonderful experience getting two new phones over the past weekend. Everybody was cordial and worked so well together. Mr. William Blon was the main gentleman who assisted us and was very attentive and explained all the phone options and the features very well. He was able to assist us through the whole process of transferring our entire phones over. This location is top notch and the quality of service is unmatched. We even learned a little about the owners and their vision for running a business.

Reluctantly went into the Verizon store today to upgrade (I usually do it online to avoid the crowd and long waits at Verizon stores). Pleasantly surprised by the timely service provided by William at the Chester (Branders Creek) location. Upgraded our phone and out the door in less than an hour! Did not go here first after seeing the 3.7 review rating. However, Zach did an AMAZING job getting my Amazon purchased MOT G7 phone set up. Took only 15 minutes. I had gone to another store that had a 4.8 rating and they claimed it was not compatible with the Verizon network. I think they just wanted me to buy a phone from them. I asked Zach about the low ratings and he said it was from before his time but he was going to fix that with his excellent service. I am quite sure that he is correct! I HIGHLY recommend Zack at TCC.
