Doctor called in prescription to here instead of where I had asked them to. Got them to change and went and picked up all in same day. Simple antibiotic. Finished taking it. Then 8 days later got a CVS robo call telling me my prescription was ready. What is going on at this place? That was unbelievable.
If I could give zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional pharmacy staff. There are at least eight employees working and instead of helping someone they stand around having personal conversations. It took me well over 40 minutes to get my meds, and that was just the wait to get through the line. Once I finally was able to talk to someone they didn’t even know how to ring it up. Not to mention the phone yelling constantly that there are 9 pharmacy calls waiting. I have never used this cvs before and will never again. Back to target cvs I go!!!!
Most likely because they are short-staffed, although this has been going on for awhile, prescriptions take days to be filled here. Was told by the system that my refill was in processing on a Friday, already a day late. 5 days later still saying the same thing. Tried to talk to an actual human, was on hold more than 30 minutes and just gave up. CVS located in Target filled it in 1 hour after contacting them. This store must be poorly run if they cant hire enough people to run it.
If I could rate this place with negative stars I would. I sent for a refill from the app on a prescription that is supposed to be on auto refill and was not refilled and it said it would be ready the next day at 11am. I came to pick it up at 6pm the night it was supposed to be ready and they said I needed to wait 45minutes for it to be ready. I told them it was supposed to be ready at 11am. They said they were short staffed. I asked if they could just ship it to my house as I was not coming back out for it that night. They said yes it will take two days. I said ok thank you. Fast forward three days and I checked my mail and it’s not there. So I drive back up there and wait in the long line again and they tell me to wait 15 minutes as it’s not ready yet. I explained this is three days after it was supposed to be ready and I need my medication. She said, “we are short staffed”, I said that is ridiculous and explained the story and that I would wait there because I need it now. And in about 5 minutes they had it ready. Now mind you there was one employee and the pharmacist working and it is Saturday! What kind of business does that to their employees? I will be calling my doctors and changing all of my future prescriptions to the rite aid across the street and will never recommend or go to CVS again!
Their pharmacy is very disorganized and the pharmacists are so rude!!!! They call and/or leave messages about your prescriptions being ready and when you arrive to get them, they tell you never mind theyre not ready yet and to come back later!! This happened several times to us. There is no sense of professionalism and NO sense of timeliness or urgency!
Went their to get a prescription for my son. It was called in by his doctor. They said its not ready and they would expedite it and it will be ready in an hour. 2 hours later its not ready. I went home and came back the next day. They said its not ready and theyll expedite it and it will be ready in an hour. I said that is what you told me yesterday. This went on for 4 days. I live 30 minutes away and could not get anyone to answer the phone to see if the prescription was ready. I will never use this pharmacy again.
I wish I could give negative stars. Was told 3 different times prescription would be an hour. Everyone is so rude there. Never going back. Worst pharmacy Ive ever used.
I have never had any type of issues or problems with a CVS ever however for the past 2 weeks this cvs has either gone by change or is going thru something because it has been 2 separate occasions where I am waiting on prescription for my son and nothing. No text like they usually do nothing. In the 1at instance the person that answered was like oh yea its ready to be picked up and now my sons pcp sent over the prescription and 4 hours later it is still not ready when I call I am told it is ready but we close in 1 minutes you have to Wait until tomorrow at 10am. My 4 year old is sick has been feeling bad and all she can say is wait until tomorrow?!?! Very disappointed!
Really nice staff. If you’re in a hurry do not come here, they are super slow.
Went on a Thursday to pick up 2 scripts for my son justin. Scripts had been there for over 1 and a half hrs. They hadnt been filled. She said she would work on it. 45 min later they were ready. Today dr electronically set t another script. Went to get 45 min later and she said 4pm. I told her he has had surgery and is in pain. There is definitely something wrong there
This place is so annoying they are so unorganized, they have you wait in line for 35mins after waiting in your car to come back for 30mins just to tell you your prescription isn’t ready. Elderly people have to wait just as long no place for them to sit! Don’t even try calling to get someone on the phone, you’ll have to wait for hours! This is the worst worst pharmacy this was on three different visits I’ve and these experiences.
The drive thru sucks I had to wait 10mins for someone to even come to the window and they had three people working and my prescription says in the app that it was ready yesterday and when the man finally come to the window he tells me I have to wait 30 minutes so they can fill it! They don’t evenDeserve one star. Looks like they need to hire more people maybe get rid of the slackers.
Worst drive-thru experiences. If my insurance didn’t require me to use CVS I’d go back to Walgreens in a heartbeat.
Consistently SLOW service and RUDE staff. One star is generous. Go to another pharmacy; or at least a different CVS location.

Theres like 10 employees socializing while theres a line of cars as well as inside the pharmacy and the phone ringing like crazy and no one picking up they just talking and laughing not doing their job they very unprofessional nasty rude disrespectful unorganized and very immature
Very poor customer service in the drive through and from the reviews I can tell I’m not the only person that has experienced this. I didn’t get their names but the guy with blonde/yellow hair and the lady who I think may have been the pharmacist (she had a white coat on) were really rude.
This cvs drive through should be shut down...I have been in the line almost 30 mins, stuck cant back up cause ppl behind me while others are moving in the othe lane smh!
Rudest customer service I have ever received. Moved all my prescriptions 15 min up the rd. Its not worth it to go through the drive-thru at this CVS with rude employees. The ones nearby are much better!
Went in with active COVID symptoms for testing. Im on day 9 with no results. What a waste of time. Should have went to Walgreens.

Your typical CVS, but awesome staff. I love the pharmacy, they are so caring and will listen. Always quick and neat in the store. You usually can get what you want and out the door.
I have used this pharmacy for almost 8yrs and had never had a problem until this week. The staff had me running around getting information because they said my grandson wasnt covered but when I contacted his insurance it turns out it was this stores issue. The staff was so nasty to me and the insurance representative that without my telling him about my experience he told me that, wow they are a bit spicy there. That was only exasperated by how nasty the pharmacy staff and store manager were when I went back to the store. I called their 80p# and the GM was supposed to contact me, if he did then you did! Going to Rite Aid or Walgreens and telling everyone I knowthis store does not care about its customers !
One of the slowest Pharmacys in Chester. It take about 3 days for them to fill a generic script. Very Slow service despite about 10 employees socializing in pharmacy area. Be advised no matter how many people are lined up waiting for service only one register will be open for Scripts. Poor Customer Service at Best.
Very friendly and accommodating people. At certain times the pharmacy is a little slow but it goes. Check out is pretty fast.
I got very, very poor service from the drive through person Rula. I was second in line and yet I was barely acknowledged. When I was acknowledged, I was put on hold while Rula chatted with a customer for 3-4 minutes. My experience was so bad that Im moving all of my prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens across the street.
COVID-19 results over 10 days delayed and we still dont have them. This is not a good place to go for help. If you dont show symptoms till around day 5 and have to wait an additional 10+ days just to know for sure, you are outside of the 14 day window before you even get the results. Heaven forbid you have to go back to get the negative results to go back to work work. That would take another 10 plus days. False representation of increased testing capacity.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru behind one car. The car in front dropped off order and proceeded to wait for it to be filled. My order was already to pick up but I had to pull around and go inside. The second lane was closed. SMH. This in my opinion was poor service. Also the lights in the parking lot were dim and does not provide adequate light for protection.
My eight month old daughter needed this medicine so I take it to this CVS on August 22nd 2018 to be filled I was told the prescription will be ready in 10 minutes I went back up in 25 minutes for them to tell me that the prescription was not filled yet fast for me to pull out of the spot that I was in and it come back through the drive-thru I looked behind me there was 10 cars in the drive thru I told the lady know that I had waited long enough she proceeded to tell me that the pharmacist was busy I told her that I would wait for the pharmacist she then shut the window and my face laughed about it and then took a razor blade and slice the prescription open and I did not find out so I got home so I went back up there and the pharmacist told me this was so I went back up there and the pharmacist told me this was not intentional which I do not believe they obviously have some stupid unqualified people working for them who should go back to work for McDonalds flipping burgers because Im almost 100% positive that if it was their child that needed that medicine they would not be happy with the bottle being sliced open and contaminated
Really nice staff even though they had to work Christmad eve. Walked me through processing a much needed Money Gram. The place was very clean too.

The pharmacist was caring and interested in my well-being.
Not the most prompt .. they open at 8 ... but that means staff strolls in at 8 and you have to wait while they open up... and complain about the night staff. Nor were they very helpful. I could see if it was a one time deal ... but this is visit 2 in the past few days.

Whats the point of auto refill if its not ready when I run out? Helped everyone that came in after me and yet Im still waiting...they forgot I was waiting and never started working on it...
