It is unbelievable how terrible the customer service is at Ready Ice/City Ice. If youre ever in the situation where you have to go through these companies, cross your fingers that you dont get Larry on the phone; he will do whatever he can to make sure the phone call ends with you being angry.I manage for a company that has had 9 successful restaurants, I live, eat, and breathe customer service. This company relies on the lack of competition in this market for ice delivery. A simple ice delivery that should have taken a 5 minute phone call and 1 day for delivery took nine 30+ min phone calls and 3 days. The company continually had no clue why they werent able to deliver the ice, my case was escalated to the vice president and they still couldnt get ice from point A to point B in a timely fashion.

Same situation. Ice delivery and repairs take multiple calls with ticket being closed saying they were completed when in fact they had not. Ice delivery on Monday 8 phone calls 4 days later NO ICE! Local manager had no care for the situation and when asked for the number to whom ever was over her she hung up on me. The only thing to do is to call the dispatch number for them to say its on the truck for delivery, escalate the issue and send a complaint. Same thing over and over for the last 4 days. They dont deserve the one star this review makes you give.
