There are several things I really love about this place vs. others:1. Friendly, fast service2. Open on Saturdays3. Very reasonable prices4. Reliable

Had used these guys in the past and thought they were great. Today I tried to order 3 yards of pea gravel. The price on the website was $270 taxes and delivery included.When I called to order, the guy said “$290” when I gave my address. He said “that will be an additional $15 because of distance” ....according to google maps it is a 19 minute drive.$270 quickly became $305. I decided not to order.Important to note, I have had railroad ties delivered twice from this company previously.

Worst customer service! I bought 8 yards of screened topsoil from them. Soil was full of football size, rock hard, clods which can only be reduced with a 5 pound hammer. It is also full of sticks, stones and other junk.Customer service is non existent. I have called, messaged, all to no avail. They tout great customer service which found to be far from the case.They do not care!Pathetic!

Love this place. They have the best compost. Wish they open a half day on Sunday.

Poor customer service, poor communication skills. Thats it for me trying to use businesses in the neighborhood, but I guess they dont want my business. Being nice nasty gets you nowhere in life or business. Increasing price for some and not all is bad business!

Only have drive up to order loading. For delivery you have to call in.

Been my supplier of mulch, rock, and gravel for decades and it occurred to me I should post a review as I head out to pick up a yard of tan pea gravel to spread under the deck. This is a super place to shop for materials whether you want to pick it up or have it delivered. Everything you could want in a tidy convenient transaction.

I used JB Mulch for the first time this fall to purchase a dump truck load of top soil to help level off my yard. Tyler, at JB Mulch, perfectly estimated the amount of top soil I would need to complete the project.JB Mulch delivered the top soil to my house promptly at the promised time. Our delivery driver went above and beyond to evenly dump the top soil to make it easier spreading by hand.I will definitely be using them again for a gravel driveway project in the spring!

The customer service at the office when I called were polite and helpful. They send a driver over to the house took him 4 times to count 270 in twenty’s and 2 fives. Ok not everyone is good counting but his driving was just as bad. Would not listen to what I was trying to tell him . He had plenty of room it was a straight shot from gate to where I wanted it. A experienced driver would have backin dropped the rock no problem. Instead of have 3 yds if rock outside front gate. Not a happy customer.

Used JB Mulch for years. Have a tough spot to dump in but had never had any problems. Last driver did not listen to instructions despite asking him twice to back up at a different angle. He also got out and looked before dumping but destroyed a stained wood fence anchored in a blue stone patio. Office basically said tough and stuff happens.

J. B. Mulch is a great company. Their pricing is competitive and the delivery drivers are courteous. The last time I had mulch delivered they were actually 30 minutes early. The cable company could take lessons from them. They have a lifetime customer with me.

They most often have what we need. Despite the prices being so high, we will continue to buy from them because of convenience and location
