Service was great, had my order ready right when they opened.

Will most definitely NEVER be ordering from this EA again, especially from this store. Pretty sure this is the first time in a my life I have ever been hung up by a manager so I am guessing she was just in over her head. Since I live out of state I count on these things to make days like Mothers day special. What a HUGE disappointment, my order was due to be delivered on Saturday and it was unsuccessful when I called the next day to ask why the manager had no valid reason. THEN she tells me she tried to get in contact with the number on the account but nobody answered, this is when I caught her in a straight up lie because the number on the account was mine and not my mothers and I know the number was correct because that is how she looked up my order. I even saved a screen shot of my call logs to prove to her but she was less than interested. It was just so apparent that she couldnt care any less. She then proceeds to tell me that they cannot deliver it today (Mothers day) and it would have to wait until tomorrow...um ew who wants to eat an EA that is that old? Pretty sure that isnt even sanitary. So I simply asked for a refund and she was quick to tell me that they couldnt do that and only do store credit. Why would I want store credit? So they can just screw it up again in a year? MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I placed an order for delivery yesterday changed my mind canceled the order with no problem. Woke up this morning decided this location is closer and placed an order for delivery. I got an email mid-day saying they were unsuccessful at their attempt to deliver the arrangements. So I called and found out the location was closed until Tuesday next week. The lady said she is not going to deliver them downtown. I understood. I ask to cancel the order there so I can order it from a location that would deliver downtown. The lady let me know there will be no refund but I can come get it and deliver it myself. I didnt understand seeing I just canceled an order yesterday with no issues. She said they did their part so I would not even at least get my delivery fee back. Thats really not how you run a business in my opinion. The customer is always right. I really wish they would have worked with me. I wouldnt recommend them.

Very happy with their customer service and the quality of the arrangements. Every bouquet I order has gone to a loved one and they have never disappointed.

VERY difficult to order from this location. I thought it would be a quick phone call to place an order but it took 3 separate calls, including the supervisor calling me because the person couldnt figure out a tax exemption (and having to repeat half the information with address, etc). The card message had to be corrected multiple times. Could not use coupon code. When telling the supervisor how difficult it was to order from here, she was laughing. Zero concern that I will never order from there again.

Their products are very pricey. Pretty tho.

Apparently this location is doing so well that they can turn away business if theyre not feeling up to helping customers. One of your associates who answered the phone tonight at approximately 4:30pm just lost me as a customer by her lack of commitment to being helpful. At your prices, you should care. I called in excited to get a last minute birthday gift for my fiancé fully aware that it is somewhat close to closing time but not close enough to where I thought itd be an inconvenience to get one last order in. I was wrong. The woman who answered the phone made it almost impossible to place an order. When I asked about getting a chocolate covered mixed fruit assortment that says Happy Birthday somewhere on or around the box it was like pulling teeth trying to get her to help customize my request which I basically laid out for her by telling her what I saw online. Then she said, Well we close at 5 so... to which I then hung up sensing her need to go home at 5 rather was far greater than fulfilling the request of a customer who was obviously interested in making a purchase. Horrible customer service and a huge disappointment in the enthusiasm of the staff. Will never go to this location again. Fail.

This Edible Arrangements location is very unwilling to work with recipients that are employed. My husband and I ordered an arrangement as a thank you present for the officiant of our wedding, making note that the person works a 9-5 job. While I know delivery times cannot be guaranteed, I figured since the business was open until 7 pm something could be done. They called me today to ask me to pick up the edible arrangement (which is 40 minutes away from my house) and deliver it myself. I asked them if I could do that on a different day (like a weekend where the recipient isnt working), and she said she already made the arrangement, so that will not work. She admitted that she had not looked at the notes until after she made it, though, so I was basically stuck with going to get it and delivering it on my own. I was offered no apologies for my inconvenience, only a refund of my delivery fee, a tense transaction after asking for a refund, and 1.5 hour trip tonight to deliver it to our recipient.
