This is by far the best service center for a vehicle that I have been to. They get you in fast, work is great, and they are very honest. Ric always communicates well with me and I feel like a valued customer every time I come in. I will never get my car serviced by anyone but Connors.
Good no great service I had a recall and I didnt but the car there but they did the recall and treated me very well, some places treat u if you didnt buy it here we arent treating u like a regular customer. Castle treated me very well and Ill be back when it comes time to buy.
Took my jeep in for airbag repair covered under recall. Got up sold to include oil change. 5 hours later get a call that car is ready. Wait for half hour as they try to check me out. Pay for oil change and on drive home only to realize airbag is not fixed. Go back and they tell me that they can’t do the airbag. Still trying to get them to resolve situation.

I ordered a new 21 dodge charger gt this fall. There was a clearcoat mark on the trunk and the salesmanstan promised me he would have it fixed its been about five weeks now and he has never gotten back to me when I called him three weeks ago he claimed they were just busy cuz the holidays I believe hes lying to me hes blowing me off and I would not recommend this place to anyone I tried to shop local my mistake it doesnt work that way in my case so youve been warned . I had to fix mark myself. Get everything in writing at this place. And they owe me 25 bucks for the scratch remover I had to buy

Great Service, Better PeopleMy Jeep Cherokee is the 3rd car I have purchased from Connors. I love the car. The experience in purchasing the vehicle was awesome. What compels me to write a review though, is the downright quick responsiveness to issues. Since my Jeep is new, my tires dropping a pounds when it got cold was to be expected. I kept refilling the air and one tire kept dropping pressure. I stopped and asked if someone could take a look at the problem. Immediately they looked at the car and discovered two nails in the tire. Within an hour I was back on the road. What I didnt realize was that I was actually there before they opened. Instead of sending me away, they welcomed me in and said well take care of that. This is not the first time they have stepped up and taken care of an issue with great alacrity, just the most recent. (my parents bought cars from them and Connors was super responsive to them too.)Connors is a dealer you can trust and always ready to help.

Having been told and dismissed by a competitor that GMC would not give out codes for a new set of keys for an old 1999 Sunfire, it was suggested by a friend that I call BOO at Connors. Guess who has replacement keys that work for my 1999 Sunfire! Very quick service.

I have been using Connors for about 2 and a half years. I have bought both new and used from them and make use of their service centers regularly. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. I dont personally know much about cars, and they are so great about making the car search process less overwhelming and stressful. I am able to give a few notes about what Im looking for and they have not yet failed to find something that fits those exact needs and then some. Servicing is always timely, and they are great about notifying me of any other servicing that may be needed soon to prevent extra trips for service. The waiting area is also lovely and cozy. I cannot say enough good things about Connors.

Improper service rates for the work to be done. Ive always taken to my vehicles to Chrysler dodge jeep dealers to have my work done, and always received fair prices.The flat rate I was going to be charged to put a clamp on an exhaust pipe was going to start at 60 for labor and that wasnt including the price of the clamp. I drove 3 miles down the road and the shop laughed and tossed one on for free. I would have paid 20 for a simple job like this but paying 60-70 is an absurd amount.
Talked to salesman this morning, who called me to come test drive a used truck I was interested in, told him I would come after appt I had in Merrillville at 4, got there at 4:50, he says oh sorry a guy came in test drove it and left $5,000 check, coming back tomorrow to get it Really?!! You knew I was coming to test drive, so let someone else buy it from underneath me and not even call me!! Says they are a family business will treat you like family! No thanks!!
I dont write many reviews, but when I do, its because of service, and people like those at Connors Auto! I had an emergency situation this weekend and it was necessary for me to call Connors Five Minutes Before they Closed! Not only did they take the time to help me, but they stayed Late just to make sure my family and I were taken care of, and safe! Both one of the owners, and the Head of Service, went Above and Beyond! These to qualities are whats missing with most businesses these days, and its refreshing to see Connors Auto continues with this respect and care! I have bought my last 3 cars from here. Great sales staff. I wouldnt go anywhere else, until I had to deal with the service department. Now, I will go anywhere but here and will make sure any and all other people hear about how horrible this service department is. They did not fix what they said they charged towards the warranty, they did not look into issues that were the complaint, they were rude and short on the phone. We had to call for updates, we wouldnt receive the call from them. And when my car was fixed, it died in the parking lot. It was smoking horribly. After a week of them looking at it, they couldnt find anything. Im not confident that the new transmission I have is actually new. The whole experience seemed like it was a scam.
Review is for the service department. I took my 2012 vehicle in for a timing chain recall and all went well. 1500 miles later I heard an odd noise while at an idle . Took it into my local mechanic and he said there was a loose bolt on the a/c compressor and the other bolt was entirely missing. My mechanic assured me this isnt something that happened by itself and they were likely not tightened by the person who serviced it at Connors . The Connors service manager I spoke with was polite and apolegetic but stated his people informed him they tightened everything appropriately (who would say they didnt?) And offered no reimbursement for my costs without inspecting the issue, which had already been fixed . First and last experience here .
Bought a certified Jeep and within a month battery died stranding my wife in the brutal cold, tires need to be replaced, transmission not working and brakes grinding by time of the first oil change. Trusted them to provide a dependable vehicle and very poor experience going with a local dealer.
I deal with the Buick side of the business. Service and sales are always helpful, prompt, and thorough. Customer service clearly comes first.
Never been there but understand Buicks are great cars and always have been also place for Jeeps and those great looking Dodge Vehicles!!!!

Car went for a recall. Didnt know they would need to go through center console to fix the issue. So all of my items were thrown into my passenger seat. Made me think my car was broken into. I am sure they have a box or bag they could have used.
