As a result of the rude and inconsiderate way I was treated when I brought my F-150 in to Spradley Barr to be repaired a few weeks ago I decided not to consider another Ford when I bought a new vehicle. Not only was I treated disrespectfully, but the mechanics were not competent enough to diagnose and fix a bad muffler. I am now the proud owner of a new Chevy Equinox.

Day 12 Spradley Ford says my truck is being painted so I show them this picture lol it is not being painted.I was told 5 too 7 days and here we are no truck.Spradley was told I need this truck for today and that was not to be a problem but here we are truck not done. Never ever again will Spradley do work on anything I own.This is the third time I have had work done by them and this will be the last
