I brought my vehicle in for a headlight restoration, and they did a AWESOME job on it!! Now my headlights look brand new! The price is actually pretty damm good, very reasonable.

I live out of town. I called ahead to ask about a certain tire I needed. The man who I talked to on the phone was very friendly. He said, they have 7 tires in stock. They don’t take appointments but are open till 8pm, come in and they’ll take care of me. I came to town went to an appointment then came to the tire center at 5:45 pm. I asked about getting an appointment for two tires. He said we don’t take appointments, I responded I mean how do I get my car in for tires. This gentleman, different from the one I talked to on phone said he couldn’t take me because they have a duly with 6 tires coming in at 6 pm. I said, I thought it was first come first serve. He responds, this man threw a fit with management. He wouldn’t help me any further or offer any suggestions. I said can I just buy the tires and I’ll have them put on back home. I went inside bought the tires. He didn’t even help me out or offer to put tires in my car. I was leaving parking lot at 6:04 and seen no duly truck. I will not be back.

The gentleman who checked me in was friendly, polite and thorough. However, due to the amount of time it took to change the tires on my car, is the reason why only 2 stars. It should not have taken 3 hours to change my tires. The work done was good quality.

They advertise, obviously only stock certain size in store for tires, but then dont keep the advertised over in stock. If theyre that popular of a tire size, you think youd make it a point to keep extra on hand

Waited 35 minutes outside for someone to check me in and nobody even acknowledged me they seen me but didnt provide any help so I left an went to Jones lube hand down best in town

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. The oil looked just as black afterward as it did when I took it in. Another vehicle I took in a few days later, no vacuum job. Seems like they are in too big of a hurry even when I leave the car all day. P.S. Said would call when finished. Nope.

Horrible staff at the counter. My husband arrived and 6:55am to drop off my car and have the tires balanced. I have unlimited balancing because I had JUST bought tires from Walmart and had them placed on. They didn’t open at 7am like they were supposed to and he waited... and waited... they finally open the location up at 7:35 AM. Then the female at the counter was extremely rude to him. He had to work at 8:30 and just wanted to get the tires balanced again because they were bouncing all over the place and we had a trip planned for after work that day. He waited.... waited... then he got really mad. He went to the service counter to talk to management. No one to be found. So we called the main number and asked for the GM. After 10 mins on hold we got the GM and he seemed to not even care. He decided to send the same manager that had ignored my husband to try and talk to him. My husband said at this point he wanted the GM in person. Finally the GM walks out and talks to these rude women instead of my husband. At that point my husband said just get my car done and I’ll never be back. This tire store is a disgrace and the management is unbelievably rude. We will not go back to this Walmart at all. Very sad. Apparently customer service means nothing to them. Go to the other Walmart on Livingston, it is in the lower part of town but the manager and bay manager are helpful and nice.

Open for two more hours but their tire repair center isnt fixing any more tires tonight. Great customer service. Second location the balancer is out of order for the next week. Why even have an auto center.

Rude employees that are extremely difficult to communicate with. I was warned about my car being worse off once it came out of their shop by others but decided it was just an oil change so took the risk. Wish I hadnt! They made me sign for damages when I went to pick up the car and it drove terribly afterwards. Could be a coincidence, but being forewarned about this situation, it makes me suspicious. I will definitely be going elsewhere just to avoid the rude employees.

Waited second in line for initial check in with vehicle for 20+ minutes. Attendant called the manager over three times to inspect the truck ahead of us. Our vehicle could have been checked in during this wait time. All workers, including the manager, demonstrated extremely poor customer service on this particular occasion.

Had a small hole in my tire during a road trip from Wa. state. Staff was helpful and friendly and the service was excellent. If you ever find yourself in the same situation as me then I suggest stopping here and giving them a chance to help out.

Update July 2019:I have removed one star due to corporate desk jockeys making decisions that effect the auto care shop when they have no real experience in auto care. More specifically, they no longer drain the oil from the vehicles but rather put a very small hose down the dipstick tube to pump the oil out. This not only makes a 15 minute oil change last for an hour or more, but it fails to remove any Grime sludge or metal fragments that might be in the oil or oil pan. In addition to the process being severely inferior and inadequate, the slower process obviously leaves cars in the work bays much longer and has dramatically increased the wait time for any type of auto care service.Original review around the beginning of 2017:I used to avoid going here, but after I found a great deal on tires that I wanted online and had them installed at this location, I learned that Walmart Tire & Auto at the Dell Range location has made great improvements over the last few years. The technicians seemed friendly and motivated. The managers in this department have made sure that service is performed properly and have been quick to work with me on resolving any problems. I have gone back several times since with other vehicles and have had very good experience each time. There have been mistakes made by the technicians here, but the fact that they and the department managers worked with me to quickly resolve the issues says a lot. I have never met a person that does not make a mistake. It is how a person or business deals with the mistakes that make the difference.

These guys got me in and out at the last minute, though it was a quick repair it made a huge difference in my life! Definitely helped me out! Thank you wal mart!

We were on vacation and had a car issue. They squeezed us in and got the issue resolved in no time. They were all very kind and helpful. Thank you again.

I recently just got a battery from here and they gave me a bad battery which happens but then they proceed to blame my car dying on something els even though i took it in to two diffrent shops and they both told me it was a bad battery. I had a one year warrant on the battery they gave me but i still couldn’t get it exchanged so they took my money and didn’t even help fix the problem. WORST customer service ever!

BLUF: Dont bring non-US vehicles here and watch out who you talk to and who you ask questions from.Customer service is a little lacking with some employees. Went there with my car to see if they could drain some oil real quick because it was over serviced.(Too much oil) One of the guys was rude because I had a foreign car and he couldnt the standard US VIN number. Guy was trying hard to explain why they couldnt take it but got frustrated and rude when he couldnt answer some questions. But it all turned out well because another employee (whom to believe his supervisor/experienced mechanic) approached me and easily explained the situation in 2 sentences. Then gave me some advice.FYI: They use the VIN like some other Auto garages as well to check the specs and limitations on the vehicles as well as operating procedures.

I needed to change an oil, because of guarantee mileage on my way from Toronto to Vancouver 1 month ago. I stopped at this particular oil change service. Absolutely slow and unprofessional service. They managed to overfill excess oil by half a liter. Thanks god nothing serious happened to my car engine since I dont speed, but for a first time Ive noticed leaking from oil drainage plug. I went to my regular mechanic and he drained excess oil for 15 seconds. Do not recommend anyone using their service - period !

Stay away! I have a $55,000 vehicle and they broke my electric mirrors and somehow dramatically decreased my stopping distance. Parked the truck in broken glass. Before we found all this out they were rude and said we should have known that I have a u bolt broken on the driver side. They did not take responsibility for there actions and it took 90 minutes to locate a manager who was angry that I disrupted her lunch. All my allegations were thought to be wrong until they reviewed the cameras and viewed photos on my phone.

Awful service, brought a government vehicle in for service and it wasnt until after the service was completed that they would not accept the payment provided by the Military. Senior female service tech was rude and cut off anyone trying to explain how the payment system is supposed to work. Would not recommend.

They had one technician working who soaked himself in oil, claimed our expansion tank cap was missing (it wasnt) and tried to get us to sign a form after the fact stating that there was no oil in the vehicle when we brought the car in...If you dont understand what this means. If an oil filter change is done improperly, it can ruin your engine.

Although the wait was twice as long as we were quoted, the staff was helpful, friendly and thorough. We felt safe driving away in our new set of tires.

If I could give this place negative amount of stars I would. They just didnt want to do their job simply because a few lug nuts were missing. No offer to purchase any just we cant work on your vehicle. Wouldnt recommend to anyone dont waste your time.

They only do tires and batteries and quick stuff kinda sucks

If you need batteries for your car is the place to go. I also change my car oil there often. I dont give them 5 stars because the last two times I went there they told me they would vacuum the car after the oil change, but they didnt do it.
