Traveling through from Kansas on a Saturday. Alternator gave out as we rolled into town. Arrived during lunch break. The business was heavy, but Brakes Plus worked us in within an hour and had the part in house and the job done in an hour and one half. We were immediately back on the road. My wife and I were elated. I was even more surprised when they showed me the voltage result from the old and new alternator. I have never had a shop show me proof of their work before! The Dell Range location in Cheyenne is always willing to get started on any issues I take to them. Today some parts were delivered to their shop that were incorrect. I went here yesterday because it had been a while since I got my car done. It needed a lot of things and was in the shop all day. Well they got it all done by the end of the day and I was able to pick it up before close. Jack was the mechanic I was working with and he was really polite and told me what was going on. They replaced the battery, did a tune up, oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and replaced the rear brakes, but told me my front ones were still good. I’m lucky the alternator was good too because that would have been more costly. I’m only giving this 4 stars because it was pretty pricey for me but I expected that going to a mechanic. And on the sheet it said they used some platinum Parts which are higher quality, but hopefully that means they’ll last longer. Also for some reason the brakes are still squealing so I’m not sure if they just need to break in or what. Overall I’ve been using this place for years and they provide good service.

I had a last-minute emergency with my back tail lights. I unfortunately didnt get his name but, the man who changed my lights was AMAZING! He went above and beyond my expectations. It took less than five minutes to get it done and he was so friendly even though the store was crazy busy! I always appreciate how professional everyone is and highly recommend their services!

It is nice to know that some places are honest. My front brakes were squeaking so it took it in for a brake check. I was told I still had plenty of life on my pad. I could get new pads and machine the rotors. But that was only to stop the squeaking. Thanks for being honest.

Dropped off at 1230 for a 1pm appointment and they called before 1 to let me know my brakes were fine with 70% life and oil change done in 15 minutes. They communicate with their customers & perform only the desired repairs & maintenance but are happy to let you know if they find something that may need attention. My most recent trip I had an oil change done and they found an open window the same day I called in which I was able to bring my truck. The job was performed in a timely manner & they were beyond courteous during my time with them. Price for the service I had provided to me is competitive with any other place in town. I have been going to Brakes Plus for at least a decade. I am always greeted with a smile and and a willing hand for whatever my car need is. Today, Isaac replaced both of my burned out tail lights. He was super friendly and quick. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

A few days ago, I left my pickup there to have them evaluate and give me a written estimate of parts and labor for repair of the emergency brake. When I returned in the afternoon, I was told the repair was only an adjustment of the system and it would be done in a few minutes. And it was. The brake now works perfectly now.This repair demonstrated true kind customer service. The cost to me was far far less than I expected.I have had a few other occasions to use their repair work. These guys are quick and honest. I was told I needed new brakes by multiple people. I took my car in. They took me to the back and showed me my brakes and went over the measurements. Then, they didnt charge me a dime and in fact saved me, when they could have charged me for brakes, and I wouldnt have known. Great people who will take care of. They are also significantly cheaper for their services than other places in Cheyenne.

Wow!! Totally impressed with the service Jeff gave me yesterday. I pulled in unannounced, and asked for a time to get a bulb replaced. Jeff went out to my car, and within 5 minutes the bulb was changed. Jeff refused payment, and instead just wished me a really good day!! Coudos to Jeff!!

I havent had work done here, but these guys really saved me. I got a car wash across the street at Breeze Thru, and while vacuuming out my vehicle I ran the battery dead. Unfortunately I didnt have any cables in my vehicle, but I saw these guys, and decided to go in and ask if they could help. The gentleman behind the counter was professional and courteous, and kindly offered to send a technician over with a jump back to get me back on the road. They brought me back to my truck, and got me up and running. Above and beyond with their kindness and service! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs automotive work.

After reading the great reviews, I decided to give this location a try. I was not disappointed. The employees are friendly & helpful. I had a good amount of work completed on my 2011 Ford Focus, Shocks & Struts, Brakes & Rotors, Air Conditioning Service, Battery Service, Bulb Replacements and Tire Rotation. All of the work was completed satisfactorily in a timely manner and for a fair price. I definitely recommend this Brakes Plus location and I will return for any future repair and maintenance needs. I was referred over from Discount Tire. I walked in and they knew exactly who I was and what I needed done. GREAT customer service, they make sure youre taken care of, and very fast and efficient!

Jack and the Entire Crew are professional and very helpful. We had my daughters brakes done there and a few weeks later when her Jeep wouldnt start we had it taken there. They were able to diagnose that it was the ignition in the column and that her water leak was the water pump. Both items fixed and the car is running great!

Five stars arent enough! In this world of corruption and extortion it is rare to find hard-working honest men! My son drove from Vernal, UT to Cheyenne (about 7 hours) in an old truck that broke down in the mountains. On a prayer and a shoestring he limped into town. Our regular mechanic couldnt fit his truck in so we found Brakes Plus online after being referred. They took the truck right in, and in only a few hours after checking it all out, discovered it was just a bad radiator cap. They didnt even charge labor! Just the cost of the cap! My son just knew it was a bad water pump and expected a huge bill, but they checked the pump and the whole truck carefully and found it was fine. He drove home without a problem and is safe and sound! Dont look any further if you need auto repair! This is the best youll find!

I dealt with Jack who was very upfront and honest by saying the tune up could turn out to be a challenge, which it was. I had to replace a turn signal switch on my older 92 Chevy. Modifications had to be done to get the new part to work. My turn signals, wipers, cruise & high/low beams now work better than new! Are not familiar with certain models of pick-ups. Tried to hang me with $1378.00 in parts and labor. 2nd opinion stated not necessary. Their testing method was flawedWill not be using their services in future.

I needed a turn signal bulb replaced.Brakes Plus was recommended so I called first thing this morning. They said they could do it anytime so I drove right over. I had to wait for 10 minutes. Isaac came out and had it done in about 10 minutes and there was no charge. What a great way to start the day. I will return for other service needs for sure.

The team at Brakes Plus was awesome. We called and scheduled a brake check in advance. It ended up being late in the afternoon and our car did need brakes. Jack wrote up our service and verified how long it would take to finish. Due to the timing it was supposed to be done the next morning. True to their word it was done first thing. The price was lower than a quote we had gotten previously. I would recommend them and use them again.

Experience was great. Went in and got my oil changed and had my alignment fixed no problem. They even explained what they did and told me when my breaks and shocks were going to need replacing.
