I walked in truly not knowing what was wrong with my car, i was there at 3 and gone by 3:30 with a solved problem that other places estimated to be a few hundred dollars. definitely going back next time a problem occurs!

Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. I have an old car that is difficult to work on and especially find parts for, and they have been great about looking for parts and working with the car. The carburetor needed tuned and when I picked it up today it was running better than it ever has, I am super impressed and definitely recommend trusting these guys with your car.

Most places try to take advantage of me or treat me like I am dumb and dont know what I am talking about. I have never had that experience here and it is refreshing. Their prices are fair and they explain everything so I understand what they did and why they did it. I normally work with Matt and he is honestly super.

My First Sergeant recommenced this place and I am very impressed! Matt is awesome!!!! He fixed my car promptly and at a great price. He explained exactly what was wrong with it and I have full intentions of taking my car back to get some more work done. If it takes them a couple days to get you in know it is because they are worth the wait!

Update: Ive used FM a couple times since my original review and they not only worked with my warranty company but kept me up to date.Ive gone to (and worked at) many shops and they always have something lacking whether its customer service, speed or quality but this a rare shop that has all 3. They are worth the wait for an appointment...One of the few shops anywhere that will install parts brought in by the customer.I brought in some high end aftermarket parts for my car to get them installed. Very professional, reasonable price and was done in a few hours.Highly HIGHLY recommend

FM Automotive has the best customer service of any shop Ive ever been to. They did a transmission swap on my 94 wrangler, and it runs like new, and kept me updated on progress along the way. Any time I had questions they had answers immediately. There are really talented mechanics here who take pride in their work and it shows.I would recommend to anyone needing any form of repair. 5/5

Mark and the FM Automotive crew have been doing great work for me for many years.

I only came here since a friend recommended this shop to me. What a load of crooks! First they charge more than what they promise. Second, the guy with the ponytail has the nerve to not even make eye contact with me when i am asking him a question, he seems more concerned about whatever else he has going on. They try to be cool and friendly until you pay them, then when you bring back whatever they messed up on, they show complete disregard for your concerns.The shop looks like a dungeon sewer. I would never come back here again. What a waste of time and money.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place could have killed my daughter today. They replace a part & assured her that her car was safe to drive. The very next day, she was driving on I80 & the exact same part broke. She could have been in a serious accident. Their incompetence put her life at risk!!
