My son received assistance Monday August 30th 2021 from a female store associate. We got home to apply the recommended product for hair lightening and it only reachedOrange and medium brown and the associate said it would reach ash blonde and it did not.They owe us full reimbursement for horrible inaccurate product combinations that cost money we do not have to lose.!Please correct this very poor customer service interaction.

Super sweet staff. I needed some hair dye put aside until the next day and they very gladly did that for me. The people have amazing costumer service and they really go above and beyond.

The associates at this Sally Beauty Supply tools me exactly which products to get to lighten my hair to ash blonde to platinum blonde to take blue color in my fall black hair.They sold us the wrong ones and world not refund us or exchange for the correct product without the empty bottles.Just the fact they told us which products to get to reach the colorI wanted and it didnt work they said they would give us the right product.Then they were rude to my Mother after telling us they would correct it. Now they cost us gas, time wasted and still will not correct their mistake and I dont recommend this business if you want something done right.They were rude and wrong to do this when they were responsible for selling the wrong items.

Horrible service, old lady (Didn’t care to know her name) was very condescending towards myself and my kids. My kids would touch an items to look at and she would tell them to put it back right away. My kids were not breaking anything, being loud, or obnoxious. They also have nothing on their shelves. I’ll be taking my service elsewhere, they lost my service!!!

Shelves quite bare. Staff provides kindly helping guidance. Assistant Manager threw a fit when a line of 3 formed, started yelling at staff. Completely unnecessary and inappropriate.

Everyone is always nice, knowledgeable, and friendly.
