People are always helpful and nice. We have never had any issues from this location. They have always carried what we are looking for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live on the East side of town and was trying to find a store open early, saw that they were open at 830, was out getting Starbucks already so went and parked in their lot for 15 mins until they opened. Went inside at 8:31 and was very rudely approached by a woman telling me they werent open yet, even though the door was unlocked, because they had a new manager training. Thats fine and not being able to help me is fine but the way she spoke to me, completely down talking and degrading. I wont ever even consider them again.

I asked for wine and they didnt have my specific kind. the drivethru guy brought 4! options LOL the staff is always nice and helpful.

The selection was fine, and Im sure this review will make some of you love it. But I was the only one wearing a mask, and when another customer gave me grief for wearing it the guy behind the counter made jokes with him about how dumb it is to wear them.If you dont want to, fine, but if youre going to join in with mocking customers that do, not as cool. Besides there are bigger and better selections all over. Ill go there.

The craft beer selection wasn’t bad for the area but I was expecting the best in the city according to my research.

They took my money. She told me my card declined. When In deed it was taken out according to my app. I go in touch with the card place (cash app) and they said it for sure went through it wasn’t a pending charge or anything. Thanks for taking my money. Hope you needed it more than me.

Best place in town to buy beer in my opinion. They have a good selection and always have something new on the shelf. They also sell single cans and bottles which is great if you want to try something new instead of buying something in bulk.

Decent priced. Walk in fridge with the fancy beer in it. Only place I have found the Iron Maiden beers. Brew guys come in and give out samples and free swag.

Great selection. I love that they have interesting and rare beers rotating in their tap room, where you can fill your own growlers! That is unique in Cheyennes liquor stores to the best of my knowledge. Fast drive through and helpful staff are the cherry on top of the selection.

Cool River is probably one of the best places in town for wine beer or liquor. Whenever I decide to go here I am always greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. The staff here is always more than willing to help you find whatever it is you may be looking for amongst their wide variety of products. One of the best things about them is that they have the hard slushie machines with many sizes and many flavors to cool off and relax with on those warmer nights. Surprisingly tasty!Whenever I am ready to check out or I decide to go through their drive-thru, the staff is always prompt and I am never left waiting for more than a few moments. Often times whenever I leave here I am left feeling better than I was before I came in. I highly recommend these guys as you will find that you will not be disappointed. Two thumbs up!

Overpriced. Additionally, someone was amoking at the rear door (an employee). The whole place reeked of smoke and was a poorly-lit dungeon of overpricery. The cashier twins were not very friendly.

Awesome place with reasonable prices and slushy machines with alcohol you can have a taste test. There like 4 to 6 flavors so taste them all and u get a small buzz

For all your thirst needs try the ready made slushy bar and get a cool drink for a great price

I love Cool River Wine & Spirits. They have such a wide variety of wines and the prices arent too bad either. Whenever I have any questions the staff is always eager to help me out to make sure Im bringing home the wine that best suits me.

Cool River has possibly the best beer selection in town, and decent prices compared to other liquor stores. They often have beer tastings in the store featuring different breweries, they keep special beers on tap for sale in containers/growlers, and I also appreciate the convenience of the drive through window!

Ive never had a problem with Cool River Wine & Spirits. They have a great selection of wines. I love that they know me and remember me every time I come in. It makes my visits enjoyable.

Cool Driver has the best wine selection in town. There is a drive-thru, 2 walk in coolers and a huge variety of beer, wine, hard liquor, and mixers. Conveniently located, this is a favorite for folks on the North East side of town.

Beer selection was great, the only thing I had a problem with is it smells like cigarettes inside, I get it people have bad habits but that doesnt mean we have endure the smell too.

I started going to Cool River Wine & Spirits when I first moved to Cheyenne and I have been going ever since. The staff is always attentive and available I have never had any issues. I would definitely recommend them.

The old woman working there was so rude when we went through the drive through that we had to go inside ourselves to grab what we wanted and even then she was being very nasty to us too. We are from out of town and she made it very obvious that she did not like us right away

First time i have went to it i have brought my 19 year old son, I ran into two 6-packs of my favorite beer and i found a few other bottles; with my hands full I asked my son to help carry the bottles to the counter. The clerk asked him for his ID for the carrying of an alcoholic beverage. I told the clerk that he is my son and asked him to carry it to the counter for me. The clerk also said that it is illegal for my son to even hold alcohol. I was about to call the police on the emoloyee for it.After my first time going to Cool River that was and IS my last. The service was poor, the staff was also rude and criticize everyones alcoholic selections.

Fairly large selection and friendly staff

When I moved to Cheyenne back in August of 2012, this was the first Wine & Spirits store that I went to. They are the only location that keeps the wine I prefer.

Good selection. Not as much in the build your own 6 pack as they use to and prices are a bit high.
