I took my Cadillac in for servicing after I had numerous issues with it. I had over 20 codes and even more issues. Jeanie called me and walked me through everything. Horrible experience! I would not recommend them and will never purchase from them . They send me coupons all the time, then say I cant use them ..they bait me in - then switch on will not honor the coupons. Service is so busy they can never pick up the phone, they tell me to call back. If they dont know the answer to something they say someone will call me back ...no one ever calls back. The general manager doesnt care about customer service. Find another Cadillac Dealer ..this place is run poorly.

I had such a horrible experience! I would not recommend them and will never purchase from them again. Everything was great as far as the salesman. He was very kind. There were a lot of issues with the vehicle that were not mentioned before the purchase. When I took my vehicle In they only ended up fixing one of the issues because they had to pay for it.

Car salesman was super nosy. Kept asking us how much money we had and ringing us off the hook to ask if we wanted to buy a car. Then started texting us from his private cell asking inappropriate questions like,Do you have a check yet, lol? And so on.
