Ordered a truck and put money down. Said it would be 3 months to be built. I didn’t hear from them after 2 months so I called to check on status. They said my salesman was no longer working for them. Got a new salesman and he assured me the truck was ordered. I was skeptical so went in to speak to a manager (Bob) and he stated it was ordered as well. However, Bob still wanted a copy of my spec sheet and payment information to make it easier for him to find the status of truck. Needless to say the truck was never ordered. I asked for a refund of money. Bob never offered to make it right. I understand the previous salesman may have made an error, possibly why he was no longer working there. But the new salesman and Bob (manger) continued to be dishonest. I ordered the truck from another dealer. Later Bob called, obviously not remembering the incident, to see if I was still interested in ordering a new super duty. Would love to give business locally but they make it difficult to do so.

Came to Ford quick lane for some services on my company truck. They were BUSY but were still able to squeeze me in and get me taken care of! They do there best to get everyone taken care of within a reasonable time

We have bought our last three vehicles here. The latest was a 2017 Lincoln Continental. What a wonderful car it is turning out to be. The best part was how hard they worked to give us the deal we wanted. In the end it was the deal we received. John Austin worked tirelessly for us to get that deal with the sales manager. Just wanted to give a shout out to the Hyundai service department at Spradley Barr. First, because I was from out-of-town and going to be passing through Cheyenne, they worked me in. Second, they got my car in at the appointed time and gave me a shuttle ride to a different area while I was waiting. Third, when I returned to pick up my car, they not only had fixed the problem, my car had been washed and the interior cleaned. I was so impressed with their awesome customer service! Poor customer service and quality control. My car was in the shop for 4 weeks. I was called with an update 2 times. When I got the car back it worked for less than a week. Had to take it to another mechanic who found huge errors and dealer then had to pay over $ 3,000

A fantastic dealership experience. What started out as an absolute disaster for my wife and I when her car blew up while out of town ended up great. The service and sales team are both top notch. They made sure we had all our options and worked very hard to help us out. We opted to not repair the vehicle and to purchase a replacement instead and got a very nice vehicle at a great price.
