Usually a well run business. School aged kids running the business now and it shows. More interested in flirting with the young female customers, having non value added conversations, and moving with such small regard for any urgency or even pace, meanwhile theres a line wrapped around, yet no movement in nearly 10 minutes with 4+ employees working. Wont be back until after the kids are back in school, if I think of it by then. Dairy Queen doing great still.

It has been a while since we have seen a Baskin-Robbins so we had to go. The young man there was awesome in going into the back to get some gold metal ribbon ice cream and took the time to serve the very hard ice cream. Love customer service like that.

Delicious ice cream. Absolutely delicious. Its not the cheapest but getting good and paying less are not in conjunction usually. I will Absolutely recommend this place. The staff at this location do a good job as well, but arent the most social with customers. So it would be best to get the icecream and cone as efficiently as you could

No other ice cream compares to Baskin-Robbins. Great service from staff to owner, plenty of flavors to choose from, good turn over of flavors all year round, good location, easy to see, limited parking but always accommodates the large crowds. Cant be beat for ice cream indulgences.

They seem to always have the most friendly, charismatic, and easygoing staff employed at this shop! Every time I visit I receive prompt and attentive service with many smiles. My most common purchase is handpacked quarts of my favourite Sherbets and Sorbets. I always receive a well packed container that has been cleaned of any residual stickiness so that Im not transferring sticky throughout my vehicle and home. I would highly recommend this shop!

Best ice cream in town, they have chocolate chip ice cream. Not chocolate chunk, not chocolate chip cookie dough, but actual chocolate chip. Delicious. Will give you a good number of tests spoonfuls before deciding.

The service was great. They were nice, patient and informative. They let you taste the ice cream on a little pink spoon before you buy it. The ice cream is wonderful and surprisingly affordable. We took advantage of the Halloween deal $1.50 per scoop. We got 4 scoops in cones for $8. Their Rocky road was sooooo rich! I loved it.

This is the only reasonably priced ice cream shop in Cheyenne. Quality is reasonable and service is usually good. At half the price of Cold Stone, the only advantage Cold Stone has over this place is location and that they mix various corn-syrup products into their ice cream (if youre into that). And I actually think the ice cream here is just as good, if not better.

Just visited there today. It was a BOGO on 2 scoop sundaes. Even tho they were busy the staff was still very friendly and attentive. Thank you for the great experience

I ordered a half sheet birthday cake for my daughters birthday party and what they gave me was a cake the size of my hand. I was charged 30$ for it and was completely misled on the size. I was told it would feed 12 people and it would maybe feed 4! When I confronted the employee about it the other lady got an attitude. They did nothing to make it right. Don’t buy a cake from here if you expect it to feed a party!

Went to Baskin Robbins last night. And tonight. The most polite people Ive ever met. Greeting me as I walked in. One girl in particular, Cheyenne, was very nice to everyone who walked in; greeting everyone even though it was busy. I believe the other girl, Shannon, did the same. They asked me how my day was and didnt make me feel like I was asking them to help me. They just did, which is a hard aspect for teenagers in the world community. I would most definitely recommend going here. And if you happen to run into these wonderfully polite girls, be sure to say hello, you wont regret it. Thank you very much girls for showing me good customer service still exists

Home of the 31 Flavors. This Baskin-Robbins is well kept up and always has some sort of sale going on.I personally will go for the world class chocolate so that I can get my chocolate fixing taken care of.The employees are always cheerful and happy to help.

I ordered a regular 3.00 scoop of ice cream in a cup. It was the smallest scoop Ive ever seen. My husband complained about it and the acting supervisor Jordyn said all she could do was weight it for him. Haha, are you kidding me! This place is a joke and its dirty and outdated. I would buy about 6 cakes a year from this place. Not anymore, you lost my business. Cold Stone will be my go to from now on!

I always love to come to Baskin Robbins but I was upset with some of the workers. On Easter, a few young ladies working were going in and out of the store. As I was looking in the ice cream cases, a young lady greeted me but she looked like she was on something. Her eyes were almost closed and her communication was poor. One girl was handling all of the customers while one of the girls flowed back and forth from a vehicle in the parking lot. However, I do love the customer service at BR and the ice cream, just not accepting the poor service the young gal provided on that day and the environment.
