Love this place! Very well kept. Lots of selection.

Staff too busy to look around and see if we would like help. Asked on employee if they had any lamps. She said no. When I went up to pay for my items. I said Wow. Cant believe you dont carry lamps. She said we do have a few in the furniture area. They were on displayed around furniture setting. I found 2 I liked. We up to pay for my lamps. Girl at check out was great. Helpful, attentive, and a big smile. I thanked her and see immediately said. Your very welcome. 1 bad apple can spoil all the fruit. Other girl needs some instructions given to her.

I frequent this store and only have had one unfavorable experience where i unfortunately overheard a conversation a rude customer had with their cashier beung very ugly about another customer and her purchases. Its a shame that the cashier engaged in that conversation with the customer in shaming another customer providing buisness to the company in such a derogatory fashion loud enough for the woman they were speaking about as well as other customers could hear! Other than this experience the store is always stocked clean and there are great deals and all other employees i have encountered there have been very friendly and helpful.

I love shopping at this location I adore how friendly and helpful the employees are. The manager is such a great person and always helps out and is always a presence in the store working hard when I stop in.

Staff was friendly and helpful though lots of kids stuff was missing price tags.cashiers were happy and courteous, they explained the reward system thoroughly and was easily understood .

The staff is really nice but overall disappointment. Didnt have the product in we wanted and couldnt order it to the store. They couldnt sell the display but they werent sure if they were ever getting more in. Had to go online to order and shipping is expensive.

Always find great deals and they have 10% discount for Military as well.

Big Lots means big savings on select items. Great store to check out frequently for changing deals and stock levels, have to know what youre shopping for and prices as some things arent that great a deal! Highly recommended!

Excellent service every single time I come in its an enjoyable experience. The biggest problem Im seeing with this store is the shelf price tags are nowhere to be found! If it doesnt have a Big Lots price & barcode you have find the employee for pricecheck. Big hassle some days! :-(

I was at Big Lots on Monday. The store itself is big and I think they are still moving into their new location. I bought items for gifts and for my dog. Because I have one of their discount cards, I also saved a lot of money. Good store, friendly people! Always helpful!

The folks working at this store, particularly the late afternoon and closing shift, are just wonderful. Helpful, friendly, thoughtful and full of good humor. I also love that they are open later, both generally (900 pm) and during the holidays until 1000 pm.

Great Manager! I went in the store today and was greeted by the manager Terry. She pointed me in the direction of the futon bunk bed that I needed! She was extremely knowledgeable about every product that I asked about which was amazing, most people arent sure of their own products. What impressed me the most and was completely amazing was the delivery part. She could not get ahold of her delivery guy and I needed the bunk bed and mattress today. She went above and beyond to load my furniture in her own truck and deliver it herself! Great customer service 👍 Thank you so much Terry

It was nice but they dont have a lot of stuff. The restrooms were very clean and nice. The staff was very nice and courteous.

They have really improved this store in Cheyenne since moving to this location.

It wasnt to crowded had what I wanted and at a good price everyone was wearing masks thats a plus

Great store! I didnt know Big Lots had such great stuff! Back in the day it was kind of a junk discount store. But it isnt anymore. And the staff was really helpful and friendly too. Cant recommend them enough! Great spot!

Great place. Found what I needed right away.

We went in to check out the new store. No intention of buying anything. While checking out the new store we spotted a headboard that our daughter has wanted for awhile. Jeff, the Assistant Manager helped us, talked about the headboard and frame and then told us about their 12 month same as cash deal. And the additional 20% off! Well, as we looked around, we located a few more things we would could use or have been looking for. Jeff checked in with us a couple times and was there to help us check out. He even loaded our vehicle. Not only was Jeff amazing with his customer service, he knew his business very well! Helped me step by step setting up a credit account, shared the specials and was simply amazing!!I have been a Retail Manager for 20+ years. If I was still in retail, I would have tried to recruit him on the spot. Give that man a raise!! Our visit to the Big Lots Store was perfect! Thank you!

If you have a refund they dont give you your money back they give you a receipt and then you have to spend $40 in order to get your money back

Never shop here again. It was so unorganized and there was no one at the checkout place for like 10 minutes. There were managers on the floor and they acted like they didnt see the line growing.
