Its a place about accuracy and timing, the most honorable thing I see here is the owner of 30+ years works along side his lowest staff. If anything you learn about cables, wires, and circuits. Its a new world to me. If you work here, be accurate first 🥇 then build speed.

I absolutely love working for this company. Kevin and Tim are amazing bosses. The employees I work with are great. Its been a new experience and definitely a life changing one as well. This company has amazing benefits and they have definitely given me the opportunity to progress.

Very secure full-time employment with good wages, benefits, and environment. No heavy work, no dealing with nasty customers, just put your music on and build your assemblies and the day goes by fast. The rules are a better compared to some of the big employers in town, they just want you to show up to work, pretty simple. Theres some turnover but theres also about half of the employees that have been there 5-30 years (they give out gifts every 5 years youre there). Ive saved a lot of money by investing with the 401(K) and gotten a lot of free money with their matching contributions.

Gater industries is a good place to work, with good benefits, a good hourly wage and a good work environment! If you want a reliable job, then you should apply at the local temporary staffing services for a job. I believe gater industries is one of the better factory in the city of Cheyenne! B!

Temp agency lied about giving me a colorblind test, also informed Tim of my colorblindness when doing my interview. About 3 months later they acted like they were just finding about it and I was no longer an employee. Tim also argued with me saying that I wasnt colorblind, even though Ive been diagnosed multiple times with red/green colorblindness since elementary. Other managers/leads are very disrespectful and will make you want to walk out within the first few weeks

Always Hiring!! BUT let me tell you why...Owner chooses to mostly use Temp workers and he goes through them like nobody’s business. Hiring and firing people every week.VERY negative management and an all around negative work environment.You’ll have to listen to the dude in Shipping shouting about “How the holocaust was a liberal hoax”, abortion and all kinda of crazy stuff ALL DAY LONG...so bring headphones. 👍No one tells him to shut up tho.Good company, but a terrible place to work.

Ive been through two temp agencies for interviews with Tim who does the hiring, and its obvious that he has a problem hiring black men. The whole staff consist of all whites and mexican people. I saw one black employee out of the many employees there. I honestly feel like this company should be investigated and Tim should be questioned about his reasons for not hiring black men who come to this company for work.

Don’t ever work for these people. They’re disrespectful rude and the worst place to be. Don’t buy their products and don’t do anything with this company go elsewhere
