Bad Service - and just dont care! Said they could wipe the computer and install new system in 2 days. At the end of 2 days I called to check and they did not remember my name or the computer. Finally found it sitting on a top shelf untouched. Said they would have it ready the next day - but no. Wasnt done until the 4th day after that. When I picked it up, they didnt send my power cord with it. Had to make another trip clear across town to get that. The worst thing was that every single time I called, they did not seem to remember me or my computer. And just really acted like they didnt even care. Been going to these guys for 10 years and gave them lots of references. Never again!

Took a computer in for a power plug issue. They fixed that issue just fine. About a month later the HD failed, we took it back to them and they said it would take a few days to get to. Took it to another shop and he looked at it and found that Connecting Point Computers did not reinstall the screws on the hard drive and it came disconnected. The issue is that Connecting Point took no responsability for leaving the screws out and would not reimburse the $60 we had for the HD repairs. I would not go to this place ever again and will be telling everyone I know to stay away from people who treat their customers do poorly.

Connecting Point Computers may not be the perfect computer repair shop but I have never had a problem here and would recommend it if you have computer problems
