I own a woodworking business and I rely heavily upon Trophy Creative in Cheyenne, Wyoming for my laser engraving. They have top of the line, commercial grade laser engraving machines. Mr. Bush always gets my projects done in a timely manner, and of the 50+ projects Ive sent to them, not a single one has been anything less than perfect. The entire staff is professional and friendly. Trophy Creative does so much more than laser engraving, and I highly recommend you visit them.The attached photo is of laser engraving done into cherry wood, but Trophy Creative also offers metal plaques in all shapes, colors, and sizes.

Came up from Louisiana to spend time with our awesome Wyoming friends! As a thank you we purchased tumblers and had them personalized! Names were put on 5 of them and 2 of which had a decal/quote!!!! Must I say that the they look great and is such a great gift for any occasion! And decently priced!!! Truly a magnificent place bear engraving goes back to master engravers back to the turn of the century. For their special attention to detail their work has been on display in the Smithsonian as well as all other parts of the world of their magnificence skill in the top category of engravement.

Poorest customer service ever!! Took a brushed brass plate in to have my mothers death date engraved on it for her urn. Mom and dads plate matched so I stated I did not want a new plate. They put it on a new plate and denied it, did not match my dads anymore and they would not give me the old plate back since they would not admit any wrong doing. showed them the difference and they said they had no proof they matched at the start. REALLY?? They need to retire!! No honesty or Integrity. Minus 1 star

Terrible customer service. They don’t know prices of the items they sell. They don’t meet deadlines (that they pick). They don’t return calls or emails when they say they will. They make a lot of excuses. Overall- extremely unorganized and NOT a good customer experience.

Wyoming Trophy & Engraving use to be the only place I used for engraving and embroidery. Upon calling this afternoon to get an idea of cost for 4 shirts the woman stated they couldnt tell me without seeing the logo. I asked for a range and explained it was a full color logo that would cover a small area above the pocket. The range I was give was $5 - $5000! How very unprofessional and rude. I would NEVER treat a customer this way. All she needed to ask was can you please email me your logo and Ill call you right back...Needless to say, Wyoming Trophy and Engraving has lost my business.
