4 Rivers has gone down hill in the past 3 years. Has been some time sense my last visit but i will be going elsewhere. I felt extremely uncomfortable around Dan in the lobby staring at me while i was looking at a chain saw for my husband. I feel as the entire demeanor of this location has changed from my last visit.

Very rude and unprofessional. I had a simple question and was going to order parts as well. But to quote the service writer we are busy with paying customers. We dont have time for you. Only good thing about this company is the feild service techs.
