Dr. Ruby Zubrod and staff are very friendly and professional. She explained every step of the exam and how to proceed to the next step. They provided me with options for my health care and allowed me to evaluation my options. Yes, I have some hearing lose but Brant Audiology says it is up to me to determine how I want to face and handle my options of improving my hearing. It is comforting to know they listen to you and know that no one wants the face they may have to shift to hearing aids. They are giving me the space I need to accept this fact. This space is very much appreciated.

Austin was very good in the testing and explaining the results of the tests so that you could understand what was found and how to correct the hearing loss.Ruby was very helpful also in determining the best device to meet my needs by listening to what I said and giving truthful advise.You can not find a better group to get the help needed to be able take part in conversations again.

We had a wonderful experience with Brant Audiology and Ruby in particular! She was understanding and patient with us, great with my son (who did not particularly enjoy the testing, which was no fault of hers!), and took the time to explain the testing to us and answer our questions. Once i had my appointment i felt like more then just a patient very courteous and caring staff! The test was done very professionally with state of the art equipment. I appreciate all of the caring doctors at this practice. After losing my primary audiologist from the age of 5 years old, I was worried and lost where I would continue my care. They all have jumped right in and I am able to maintain gainful employment and enjoy my family and events being able to hear. Without them I would be able to have none of this! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Brant goes above and beyond both during appointments and after. He takes the time during the appointment to ensure all my questions are answered and explains everything so well. He even went as far as taking time out of his day to explain to a DOT Examiner the results of my hearing test, which allowed me to pass and keep my job. Great place to have your hearing check and customer service is great. Also great place to buy hearing aids. They explaine your options and dont pressure you into buying. I have been going to them for a long time. They have given me excellent care.

They advised me as to the newer technology in hearing aids. Explain the process plus the required hearing test. After 7 years, I differential need to update as the results in one ear had changed. They explained my options and did not apply any pressure to choice any specific hearing aid brand or model.

The providers and staff at Brant Audiology are caring and efficient. I have had my hearing aids for about three months and am 100% satisfied with them, with my initial consultation and evaluation, and with my follow-up care. I highly recommend Dr Christensen and Dr Zubrod, and I encourage anyone who thinks they might need to have their hearing evaluated to go to Brant Audiology. Not being able to hear can cause a person to feel isolated and can change interactions with others. My hearing loss was so gradual that, even though family members would make comments to me, I wasn’t fully aware of it until music started sounding dissonant. Now that I can hear again, my daughter said to me, “I feel like I have my mom back!”

I went here for a hearing test, and it was one of the most oddly pleasant places Ive ever gone, I got more than one surprise to be honest! I will certainly be returning if I need any more hearing tests or other consolation!

The staff here are very polite, kind, and receptive. But my expectation was to get relief from the ringing in my ears. Apparently there is no cure for Tinnitus. I recommend them for Audiology issues but dont get your hopes up for that ringing in your ears.

Made an appointment for 3. Came in early to fill out paperwork, and sat for 40 mins and saw 2 people who came in after me get seen, until I left without being seen. Who has time to sit all day in a waiting room? I sure dont. They dont care about your time.
