I had some questions for them. The sales person there was able to answer them the best he could.

Waited for 3 weeks to get a quote for a woodstove, and installation. Every time I tried to call Josh, who is apparantly the only one there that can do this, he is either not there, on another line, with a customer, or any of 10,000 excuses. I always get a promise of a callback, but so far crickets. Terrible way to run a business. Going elsewhere.

Global Spas has been in business for 41 years, during that time there has been over 17 different spas dealers that have come and gone in Cheyenne. So if you want to purchase a spa from one of the oldest spa companies in America you might want to do business with a company that will be there when you need service or have a problem.

The home we bought already had a hot tub present. We knew nothing about the maintenance on the tub and what we needed to do but they were so helpful and patient with us in explaining everything. When we thought something was wrong with the tub they also had someone come out right away to check it out. They provide fast, good, friendly service.

Josh Langley and Global is the best! We wouldn’t do business with anyone else. Our son had a fire in his old fireplace and he had to replace his fireplace. Josh talked us through the process, came out to his house and installed everything very professionally and in a timely manner. The gas fireplace is amazing and thanks to Josh is all up and running. I highly recommend using Global Spas.

Wonderful experience buying a spa, from the sale to the delivery and a flawless installation this company is great. They were in constant communication with me after the sale keeping me informed of a changing install date due to weather. They are extremely knowledgeable about spas and are there to help. They offer free water testing as well. I couldnt be happier with my hot tub.

We were told that we could have a used hot tub delivered from a private owner for $500 plus mileage. Then they said we had to help load and unload it. Why would I pay $500 to the store to have to do half the work and only pay for them to drive it for me? This is a ridiculous policy and was not construed correctly when we first inquired about it.

These guys are awesome! I had my tub delivered, set up and running in no time! Robert and Brooks did the installation and setup, we had a small leak and Josh came to help, it was repaired and good to go. Since then, Ive purchased my filters and treatments like alkaline and shock. Always helpful and friendly, always available to answer questions. I highly recommend Global Spas and Stoves for all of your needs. Thanks again for all you do!

Great people, knowledgeable and low pressure sales. When we are ready to buy a new hot tub, we will be buying it here. Their accessories and chemicals are a little pricey but much higher quality than the stuff you get at Walmart.

Global Spas sell Coast Spas, the best Hot Tubs around, plus they have great customer service to boot. Wouldnt buy from anywhere else.
