It is steel warehouse it get slow at times. Good hard workers, friendly people

Ok got right in to load and other than when they got backed up we had to finish tarping outside which is totally understandable. This was a great place to load. Ignore all the negative comments. Just be prepared incase you have to wait no matter where you are loading. Theres a flying 2miles away.

Took over 6 hours to get loaded. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Extremely slow loading, get ready to wait 6 hours. I highly recommend not to deliver for these people at all.

If you are a truck driver, then beware of the Cheyenne, WY location. I just sat for 7 and a half hours waiting to load some steel. This place is OBVIOUSLY union, because everyone there made it very clear that they were in no hurry at all. Just when a worker would begin loading a driver, 3 more workers would come over and start bsing with them. This was the most unprofessional, inefficient operation I have ever seen. And I realize that you guys are union, so it doesnt matter to you if guys like me wait all day ... but how about a little respect for those of us that ARENT union, and those of us who are trying to get home to our loved ones? All I can really say is SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT THERE, AND SHAME ON THE COMPANY for allowing this type of operation to continue. Oh, and one more thing ... after 7.5 hours of waiting, when its time to get your paperwork ... the guy giving it to you doesnt speak a WORD of english, so dont bother asking any questions. Worst place I have ever loaded from by far!!

They start loading at 5 am!!!! Real friendly and fast loaders as long as your load is ready . I load here often and every once in a while I get delayed but thats part of the trucking business..
