WONDERFUL service! No one in CO had the pillow I needed, and today it was urgent I found one, as my health has been drastically affected by my lack of quality sleep, and in the process of finding a new bed, getting a pillow was the one thing I could do to help until we get a bed. They held it for me, helped me save on tax for the purchase, and got some estimates to compare their mattresses. Very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable employee.

Cole Brown was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable in all products in the store. The man was very professional and wound up making a sale. Im very pleased with both my product and the service I got going in. No pressure at all just showed me around and explained everything about different products he had. We had a great experience today. There was another couple and only one salesman and he was totally great at working with both of us. When we walked into the showroom, and he asked what we were looking for, he pointed us to mattresses that we had said wed like. We were literally in and out in 30 minutes. The other couple was still there.

Purchased a Royal Purple seat cushion on 8/28/21 being informed it has a 30 day return window if it wasnt what I wanted or didnt help. I realized it was not the product I had hoped it would be 8/29/21. Found myself at a different location of Denver Mattress and loved a Purple pillow that wasnt in stock at that location. Called my local Cheyenne store and found out they did have what I was looking for. Went in and purchased the pillow, from Zach, and mentioned needing to return the seat cushion. Zach quickly informed me that they do not take returns on the cushions or the pillow that I had just purchased, only on mattresses. I called Purple to find out the return process and was informed that he was misinformed. Spoke with Zach over the phone and he made the problems right.

Scary, the salesman was very ill. He was coughing, sweating profusely. Hope he doesnt have Covid. He was not wearing a mask.If he does he risked a lot of his customers lives.Going to call the state of Wyoming and request that they investigate whether he has Covid.

Zachary Moran, the manager was also our salesman. I went int the store as soon as it opened. Zach, told me about the beds, The pros and cons of each mattress allowed me to lay on each one. Must have been in store over an hour. I needed a firm lower mattress because our bed bight off the ground. Told me what to measure on my old Mattress box springs and bed frame. My husband came back with me and we picked out the mattress and box springs with Zachary!s help. Mainly got a smaller box springs but higher mattress.

I originally gave this store a 5 star rating. Unfortunatly, I have decided to change it to 1 star due to a lack of communication on product availability and estimated arrival time. I waited 15 days for it to come in and never got a full response as to why it still wasnt here. I went in to check on day 15 and was told that there was a backup at the factory and that the foam was just starting to be made. Had I been told that it would be such an extensive wait time I may have decided to purchase a different one. Needless to say I ended up going back to get a refund.

Great!, Mr. Moran gave me plenty of time and privacy to find my best mattress. He was also very knowledgeable with pricing, sales, warranties, discounts, and general mattress care. That is probably because he has nothing else to do. I didnt get signal in there and I bet I was the first customer of the day. Time spent wisely, I suppose.

I called the Cheyenne Denver mattress Company to find out if they had the purple mattress we had been deciding and researching for several months to find a mattress that fit us and they did so I decided to drive down there and try them out. Young man that helped us was very knowledgeable I told him about what kind of sleeper I was on my issues and what my husband was like and he directed us to a few different mattresses he also told us about his personal mattress and how it affected his sleeve and what he did and so we ended up buying a purple two or three nights in and it’s been great I hope it’s the mattress of our dreams because I am tired of searching for mattresses that are comparable but Denver mattress company goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy very professional and the best customer service ever I would definitely recommend them.

Efficient, friendly service. Knowledgeable and direct sales associate. The kind of service we like. Honest and no gimmicks. Sales associate showed us several options based on our needs. Worked with us on the delivery date so it worked with our schedule.If there is any negative it’s that there is a delivery fee for home delivery. I understand the need for it, but without it we would have bought an upgrade from the one we got.Overall we went home happy. 😀
