Amazing staff, thank you for doing the trick or treating. My grand children loved it. Loved all the costumes of staff.
Reed Holmes reached out to me after hearing from a business associate about my interest in buying a Trike. He was courteous and patient while selling the benefits of owning a Harley Davidson. I traveled over 4 hours to Cheyenne to visit the dealership and an additional 2 hours down to Frederick, CO to visit that dealership! The entire team in Cheyenne (and Frederick, CO) was very helpful. The entire time spent was well worth it!
ON 8/13/21 I LOST THE KEY FABCALLED FRIENDSTHEY ALL RECOMMENDED HIGH COUNTRYTHEY SENT A TRAILER WITH AN AMAZING KID TO PICK ME UPONCE I WAS THERE EVERYBODY WAS AWESOMEWOULD I GO BACK? Definitely yes!!!
Awesome place and staff! Rear chain stretched and my bike needed a new one, they didnt have one in stock and they drove me to another shop to buy a new chain. Got me back on the road before noon and I made it to Sturgis that evening in time for a meeting at the Serenity Club.
My son and I had come in to get some glasses and had a wonderful experience. McKayla held make a wonderful choice and very happy with the service. Ended up not having the strap In the case but was able to come in a week later and they were able to help me and get me on the road.
I did not enjoy the sales experience at all!!! Dont go there to purchase a bike!!! They seen friendly, but you will take it in the shorts and the pocket book n the end. Broken promises, long waiting time, poor communication, and I was quoted a better price at a dealer closer to my location. Harley is also losing its mind!!! Speed limiter, redundant safety features, and focused on new riders who dont know anything about riding a motorcycle, instead of treating loyal established Harley riders with what they want. Do yourself a huge favor and look at the Indians!!! Look up my YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and instagram profiles for all the horrible details!!! And if this does not discourage you contact me if you want to purchase the bike I just got.... looking to get rid of it as quickly as possible!!! This bike is more like a Honda than a Harley!!!
I travel a lot and I go to Harley-Davidson stores to purchase t-shirts every single Harley-Davidson store that I have ever been in has always been well maintained smells good the people are friendly very organized the best customer service Ive ever seen in my life and Im 58 years old thank you Harley-Davidson high country Harley-Davidson thank you
Worst t-shirt selection Ive ever seen, only had 2 extra large shirts in the whole place.
Great service while picking up some Christmas gifts.
Great staff. Derek & Dj parts dept. thumbs up. Service dept. Accommodates you when needed.
Had a great experience, great staff and awesome people.
I brought a friend here. I didnt go in, but imagine it is great.
I was treated very well. The purchase was efficient, quick, and friendly. My purchase was even carried to my car for me.
This place was completely excellent, my sales consultant Jamie was excellent. The entire staff was so friendly. They made my process quick, easy, and we had a lot of fun doing so! Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Motorcycle!
What a wonderful experience. The sales associate was so education and informative, she new everything about the Harley accessories.
One class act! Great place to do business. Front of the house, and back. The staff is topnotch. They have a great selection of riding gear and an outstanding service department. They actually fit me in for a 45k mile service during their busiest time of year. And even though I didnt purchase my bike there, they still treat me as though I did. I will definitely be back and will refer anyone I know.
Came in and was working with Dustin at the parts counter and received excellent service. He was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful with tips to help me with my do it yourself service.
Everyone was very helpful. Answered my questions and made sure I received what I needed
Best place to buy a Harley! The staff is amazing!!
Had everything I wanted but when it says Harley Davidson on it you just might as well open the wallet and say goodbye to whatever is in there.
We are originally from Cheyenne and now live in Florida. We were in town visiting family. We came in to get some HD shirts from our hometown HD. They were very welcoming. Shawna, the clothes manager, was so helpful and friendly and she helped design the best HD shirt weve seen with the Depot and 4014. Great experience and we will most definitely be back!
Just bad. From start to finish. I wont tell the whole story again as my previous post was removed, but this is the end of my relationship with harley. To anyone who buys one, Im sorry in advance. In response, I must have missed the part where some actual work was ever done on my behalf. Feel free to call me. Id love to tell you more.
Phenomenal is just about the only word I can use to describe my experience at High Country. We decided to stop in during a Route 66 road trip and were blown away by their level of customer service. Furious, our salesman, took his time to educate me so that I was making the best possible decision. From the very beginning, I felt as if I was being treated as a friend not just another sale; so much so that we decided to drive over 1,000 miles back to make our purchase. Ryan could not have negotiated a better deal and Madeline in finance was exceptional. I have plenty of local dealerships that we could have chosen from, but Im so thrilled that we stumbled upon High Country and, ultimately, decided to purchase my new bike from them. I would absolutely not hesitate to refer someone to them. Thank you, from one business person to another, for going above and beyond.
A small store, but great customer service
We travel often, and one of our favourite things to do is stop at the local Harley-Davidson Dealership of every state we pass through. The salesperson was friendly and helpful... We spent about an hour looking at bikes, and picking out t-shirts.The cashier asked us for our name and phone number, we declined because were just passing through. She said, everyone is just passing through. The system wont let me ring you up without it. We ended up walking away disappointed and without the shirts... You lost a sale because your point of sale system. It was only $110.00 or so, but still. We werent even given an option to buy the shirts without providing our personal information.
Stopped in High Country HD while traveling on vacation from Ohio. Struck up a conversation with parts manager about my bike (2017 Tri-Glide) and how I couldn’t get comfortable on it. He showed me a different seat and freeway pegs that allowed me to stretch out more on the bike. I bought both and they have made a world of difference on the bike. I was at the point of selling it before the changes. Greatly appreciate the help and advice! Great dealership!!
If I could give lower than 1 I would. This shop refused to repair fire fighter from Virginia’s bike said they were too busy. He had to call next closest deAler and have his bike towed there to get back on road. Bathroom was dirty staff not friendly, did not even acknowledge we were there. Then to purchase T-shirts required name and cell number. Had i known about refusing the Virginian help I would not have spent my money there. Group of 6 of us have 3500 mi on this trip, had 4 bikes break down at 3 different Harley shops and all 3 got us in and on the road again the same day. They were very friendly and helpful. High Country should be renamed to Low Country.
The sales department is great. The accessory department is great. The clothing department is great. The guy at the service department is rude. Acts like your bothering him. Everyone I talk to seems to have the same experience. Need to do something about it or it will drive more and more customers away.
Super friendly staff. Went there for a memorial service. Great performance by vets within salute and presentation of flag
Great service and amazing personalities. Definitely willing to do business there anytime
Piper do good
Good people.
Love the staff even Reed the new manager 👍. We are looking for a new bike Jamie has been wonderful in helping us with our search.
Was told cc machine down asked if we could go next door to the cstore to get cash they would give 10% off invoice. Well turns out we got 10% off one item and 5% off another. Had we not found two items that we have never found would have told them to keep all of it. Kind of dont want to do business at the one in Frederick.
The staff is top notch. They really provide excellent customer service.
Good old fashioned hometown dealer. Good people, good times. Love that its open 7 days a week.
Reed and Jamie are great people to deal with
I was on my way to Sturgis and the battery on the bike went dead. High Country H-D saved the trip and installed a new one. Great service.
Yeah..open and no mask... a little pricey compared to other H.D. stores, but it didnt stop me from purchase!
Only needed to use there ramps in back to load a bike in pickup truck super friendly
I needed a new tire mounted and balanced for my Honda, and the folks at High Country H-D were courteous, professional and very friendly. I couldnt ask for better service. From the service department to the floor staff in the showroom, had a great experience.
Up front I will say that I do not ride on the street. I do not trust other drivers and see motorcycle crashes regularly as part of my professional life. With that said, I do ride dirt bikes and ATVs. I applied for a job here and the owner was a really cool guy. I was offered the job but did end up turning it down to take my current job. The sales staff I interacted with all seem like great people and I would buy from them if their metric selection were a little better. But it is a Harley shop so I cannot fault them for selling what sells around here. The service guys, on the other hand, are a different story. Slow to call you back and seemed like working on my dirt bike was beneath them. I was not impressed with the attitudes back there. I typically work on my own bikes but know nothing about carburetors so needed some professional help. They got the job done in a few weeks but were far from professional about it.So, Id definitely buy from these guys but Id steer clear of their service department.
Helpful and attentive.
Very Pleasant experience Jay in parts department was very helpful and courteous
Great people!
Great customer service Very helpful and supportive even after the sale
The staff is among the best Ive ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. As a military member they are one of the best dealerships Ive been to, they dont try to take advantage of you and will work with you on anything that they can help with. Definitely worth a visit when looking for a new bike
Sales team gave me exactly what I asked for. Gave them a budget, gave them a list of bikes. They only emailed or texted me when they had something that met my needs or when they had special events. (I verbally agreed to event reminders.) Parts and service also work very hard to get the right parts in quickly and schedule service quickly. I dont write reviews this good very often. I will leave it at that.
Salesman was patient with me, helped me decide on the right bike and Im very pleased
Very helpful staff.I bought a backrest and didnt like it. They took it back and let me put the price towards a new seat.Willing to help me get to know my new bike that I bought from a private party. Thanks!
Excellent service and family oriented environment! Every department will go out of their way to make you happy and satisfied. Great selection of merchandise and good value for prices. Must stop in for a visit!
Great sales crew working on building relationships to get repeat customers and good word of mouth advertising from satisfied customers.
First time Harley buyer and I had looked around at all the dealers in Co and then came here. I started looking back in October and continued to that customer that would pop in a couple times a week with out a purchase. Finally my time came and Jamie as my sales guy and the rest of the team up there are truly amazing. Got me on the bike I wanted and made me the best deal which was important from the start. You want a HARLEY GO HERE !!!
Staff here is a lot of fun and very nice, thanks. Manager in the front is awesome and bike sales rocks. Service if you can get on phone is under staffed and last time in forgot to install panels on my bike before leaving. Parts not sure why I bother last time there they said had to order part and would be 2 weeks, called them several times after 20 days and never got an update went in to check on part was told part was on back order and would be another month. Considering how short the bike season is here not sure I have the time to consider parts and service at my local HD. I know being short staff is an issue but I need a little more return on service to spend anymore cash on parts or service here.Front of house 5 stars !Parts / service you guys are bringing down the average
Will never come back to this dealership. Called to pick up my boyfriends bike, we had issues with our trailer, called to let them know that we would be a little later than expected, was never informed that the hours had changed, called again when we were on our way, was told that the manager would wait the 5 minutes it would have taken us to get there, when we arrived 3 minutes later, the whole building locked up and no sign of anyone. Absolutely horrible customer service,At least when Ryan worked there he put the customers first. Seems like Christy wont even answer her phone, and when she does she is rude and condescending to anyone she speaks to. If she wasnt going to stay she could have at least said as much, guess honesty isnt something this dealership values anymore.
Awesome dealership, I was having some major engine oil issues. They took my 2018 Limited in asap and got me back on the road. Would highly recommend this dealership. Awesome customer service
I just really want to say thank you for the awesome service I received here. I had a new tank put on as well as a big service including 2 new tires. I brought the bike in in Dec.by trailer due to winter conditions as I live 130 miles away. I had many questions and specific details I wanted completed. The service manager kept me informed at every step, when the ordered tank arrived, who they suggested paint it, and whether any issues were found in the service and, of course, every cost involved before proceeding. Each staff member I spoke with was polite, respectful and I couldnt be happier. Polite and respect is not words always found by women to describe a Harley dealer, but it is at High Country. Thanks guys!
Ill tell you when Im in the market for a bike this is where im buying It. Great selection friendly sales staff.
My experience there was rather pleasant Shawna Lemke was so very helpful, sweet and very professional. She went out of her way for me to walk out of the store with my merchandise because I has an issue with my credit card but like I said she went out of her way. THANKS SHAWNA
Service department is a joke, 70 dollars for 10 min to tell me my stater is bad they have no parts, really need to step up there game ....Parts guys is way good though...
Friendly staff, nice e and clean.
I always have a great experience at this store. Marie is my go to person when Im shopping for anything inside the store. She is always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products I am interested in. All the staff are very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this shop!!!
Big props to the service Dept who was open on a Sunday, which was extremely helpful for those of us traveling to Sturgis. They were able to change a rear tire for us to get us back on the road. Also, The sales lady working today was very nice and helpful in finding what we were looking for.
My experience with the dealership was very pleasant. They treated me very well and i felt very comfortable buying from the dealership. There was very little pressure from the dealer on the floor and when i said i needed some time to think over the purchase they were very polite and professional about it. I would purchase another bike through them any day.
The most pleasant staff! Willing to help & lots of smiles. This HD store hosts many great events. For charity, military & so much more! They even have dinner rides!
Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Great sale prices & items.
Very good experience and friendly staff..HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!
About what you expect from a Harley dealer, friendly and helpful.
Nice Harley Davidson dealership
Great staff sales always eager to help, parts always on point, service honest and up front as to turn around time and expense.
These guys gave me the best deal I could find in the area. Top notch. Honest. Upstanding. Next time I need anything, Im going back to Maverick in Cheyenne!
Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff in the service department. Thanks for helping me out of my jam! Glad you are open on Sundays :)
The sales staff including the sale manager sis a great job in my recent experience on buying another bike from them
Recently purchased a new Road King from High Country and cant say enough good things about the folks there. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with and its obvious the manager is focused on customer care and satsfaction. A shout out to Furious, the most knowlegeable sales professional Ive ever dealt with! Awesome experience!
I recently purchased a used motorcycle from High Country Motorsports in Cheyenne and had an excellent experience. I was driving up from the Denver area to look at a bike and was hoping to be able to complete my purchase in one trip. I arrived a couple hours before closing, and was test riding the bike within 15 minutes of arriving after filling out some basic paperwork. I worked with a salesman named Gabe, he was extremely helpful. I was not pressured or surprised by any sales tactics and he was straightforward with me on the phone about the condition of the bike. When I got to the dealership he brought me back to speak with the service staff to give me a history of the used bike I was looking at and gave me space and time to make my decision. The finance staff was also very helpful and even stayed after closing to help me get on my new ride. I normally buy my toys on Craigslist and am wary of going to dealerships, this dealership changed my mind. I walked away very happy with the price I paid and overall purchase experience and would highly recommend High Country Motorsports in Cheyenne.
Great experience great people very helpful
Great service and great follow-through.I was stranded at the side of the road in Douglas, WY, one hot Friday. Called HCHD—Cheyenne and they came to the rescue. Trucked me home, stayed open late to make sure my bike was secure and that I had a ride home, and then followed up—all at a knock down price. I could not have asked for better. Thanks Jim, thanks Derek.
Im sorry to say that I did not have a good experience with the service department at this dealership (or at Thunder Mountain), and Im wondering about the overall future of HD if service isnt their first name. Was on my way from Aurora to Sturgis with a group of friends when I had a sudden problem with my shifter. Apparently a pretty common break...a stripped shift shaft and shift lever. Probably a 20 min fix. When I arrived at the dealership, the guy was talking on the phone with what sounded like a Human Resources person. I literally stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes while they carried on a conversation.I finally got a chance to ask if they could get me in to do this quick fix and he said not until much later that day (like in 4 hours...to do a 20 minute fix).I ultimately went over to their parts department, who were EXTREMELY helpful, bought the parts I needed, and fixed the bike in their parking lot in about 30 minutes (Ive never done it before).Cmon... bikers with small breaks need quick fixes when theyre on their way to a major rally or on the road in general. Surely we can be prepared and figure out how we can service the people that keep HD and their dealerships alive better than this.1 star for their service department and 5 stars to their parts folks.
I went in for a test ride and had a good ride. No high pressure sales. Good conversation.
What an awesome time i had here. Friendliest staff around.
Stopped in while traveling through as Google Maps still had them listed as a Honda dealer. The people in service were very nice and assisted with hooking us up with the closest Honda dealer. Thank you.
Service department will lie to you and overcharge you for repairs that you dont need. I had a fork leak on my bike while traveling I rolled in there for a quick repair they started out picking the bike apart saying how unsafe it was and they couldnt let it leave there property until it was fixed after a heated argument i rode to thunder mountain in Loveland they got me right in a $9 part and a half hour labor later I was back on the road. I am so glad I went to a different dealership.
The staff was highly knowledgeable, polite, and helpful.
Terrible service. No one talked to us, lady working the front desk was too busy having personal phone calls while her daughter ran around the store. (Almost running into us) Very unprofessional.
Great place to go to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them
I took my motorcycle (07 Dyna) in on April 2nd, a Sunday, because of a problem with what I thought was the security system. Mac and Tristan found out it was a short in a rear turn signal that I had changed a few years ago. They fixed it and got me going within an hour and a half at a very reasonable price! Thanks Mac, Tristan and DJ!!Wayne
Wonderful staff. beautiful bikes. just great people and a great place all around
Nice dealership open on Sunday unlike dealers here in Colorado. Good selection of gear and nice bikes
I had to be admitted at the VA hospital and upon my release I encountered having to ride my bike back to Colorado in a severe thunderstorm. I had not prepared for the ride back in that type of weather and it was 10 minutes before they closed for the day. They were able to provide rain gear and even bring it to the hospital!!! A special thanks to Matt Jones for going out of his way!
Now i see why I have never crossed this dealership. Service department sucks. No one seemed to want to help get a broke down biker back on the road again. I see why Harley Davidson has gone down in stock!!!
Think employees are very friendly. But super disappointed that this dealership doesnt give a military discount to the men and women that have served or are serving this country.Have been to many dealerships all over and all have given military discounts.
Bought my Electra Glide there on May 24...they bent over backwards to help me
Very nice place. Good choice of bikes, parts and apparel. Friendly staff.
Recently retired from the US Coast Guard I moved back to my home state of Wyoming. After a routine inspection after our 1st winter here, I noticed a small pool of coolant coming from my 2017 FLHTK, that was my 30 year retirement gift from the wife.I dropped by HighCountry HD service department for the first time and they Immediately looked up my ride, found that it was under warranty, told me to bring it in anytime, and they would take care of it.I told them that I was concerned of my upcoming surgery from a military injury and that I may not be able to pick up the bike for quite a while. Dustin Young told me to bing it in and not to worry about it that it would be here and ready for me.During my recovery time Dustin and the service crew contacted me with updates on the repair, found a recall repair that needed to be done, and also checked on how I was doing. Later they called me when the repairs were completed and again told me it would be ready when I was.Six months later I finally was cleared to ride and I called to schedule a pick up time. They did a final once over to make sure everything was perfect and I picked it up.Most dealerships would have charged me a storage fee or even let me get on the bike when I wasn’t ready.High Country HD service manager, Dustin Young, cared enough to make sure I was ready to ride safely and didn’t charge me anything extra for taking care of my bike during my recovery. I was treated like family the very first time I met them and that’s the kind of personal customer service that has earned my respect and Loyalty!
I just purchased my very first Harley. EVERY person I dealt with here was awesome. I couldnt ask for a better experience.
I would like to thank the parts and service department for there service . Great job guys thanks for being thorough
Great shop great people, great selection.
Loaded show room I think they have every model parts counter is very slow
