Awesome place. Very friendly. Small business but right next to the shopping mall. Wasnt crowded. Maybe 100 slot machines. But can bet on horse racing while playing on your machine. Very cool. Free sodas. No alcohol or food.

Tonight was our first time at Cheyenne Horse Palace. We had a great time. The employees were great. We even went home with a little money.

The machines are, basically, all the same. Half have a selection of around 5 or 6 of the same games, and the other machines have a selection of 5 or 6 different games. You cant stop them which is extremely irritating and makes it pretty boring. Machines are pretty tight. I won anywhere from 8 to 15 free spins on different games, and I didnt win more than $5.2 stars are for the nice security guard, cleanliness and free soda.

My friend i go there twice a month and the staff is all ways polite and helpful. Very nice getaway and relaxing and the best is on 45 minutes away.

The employees are always friendly, casino clean, and great slots.

What a fun casino to hang out at. These guys have great staff. My personal favorite is Donna. Self-serve sodas and coffee. The machines are much looser and more variety of games. The staff really make sure that you were having a good time and taking care of. Thank you for being here.

Im from Colorado and our casinos are SO much different. I wasnt really impressed with the games at this place but I gave it 3 stars because the employees were super nice plus they give you $15 dollars free play when you get a players card.

All these reviews praising this place are deceiving! We came from Greeley to play. First impressions: 1. It was in a shopping center lol! 2. It was tiny. 3. The games were all weird and generic. 4. Nothing paid out very well even with max bet. $200 in and my biggest win was $18.00!

New management rated me as a thief. She said I ejected a voucher out of the machine. And seen it on video. Wich is totally untrue. And she is new management. Wheres the old management. At least. She wud of understood the situation. I even brought the voucher back. It was sticking out of the machine. New management rated me as a thief. I was well known till that day. I won back in September. And tipped four hundred dollars that day. Im confused and rated now. This is not the way I grew up being rated as a thief

They start out paying off really good when first opened then gradually have tapered down to very few jackpots or bonus wins and those wins arnt even close to the amounts given out the first 6 months to maybe a year of operation. They dont even over free water or soda any more, there excuse is people who wernt even playing were taking several and leaving with them. Well move the cooler behind the desk and hand them out when asked for.?! But instead they move in snacks behind the desk and sell the salty cheap at a profit, meanwhile they know the crap is making you even more parched and that you will have to buy a soda from there machine making them even more money from that sale. Shows how gready they are not to mention how little the care about you at all!
