This place has everything that you need for your printing needs! Very nice people and offer shipping. The prices are very cheap here in this store, probably the best in town. I worked with a lady named Megan, she was very nice and wanted to help! Give her a raise!

I made a mad dash to Kinko’s FedEx to pick up an order, knowing they were scheduled to close minutes after I arrived. I wasn’t the only closing-time customer, & my order wasn’t ready. But the two employees behind the counter went out of their way to ensure each customer was taken care of, with a smile and kind words. It was a pleasure to watch them work.

This place is the best. I’ll never go anywhere else. There’s been the same guy (Daniel?) and gal that work there every time I’ve been in, and they are incredibly helpful and patient.

It is expensive, however, the associate that helped me was extremely kind and walked me through the process for scanning, emailing and using FedEx to mail my paperwork off. She was wonderful and definitely deserves a raise and/or bonus. Top notch service!!!

I recently shipped a guitar with Shawn. He was so kind, helpful and caring. My brother passed away 13 years ago and he made sure the guitar was packed with utmost care. I sent it off for some artwork. The artist (who ships and receives these guitars ALL THE TIME) said it was some of the best packaging she had ever seen. Thank you so much Shawn. I will definitely refer anyone to your kind soul!

Always a great crew of people working here ready to help you with whatever you need. They have everything you need for printing, stationary or delivering a package. You can also do it yourself with copy and printing machines setup in the lobby of the store. Fast, courteous, and very knowledgeable employees make it easy on you.

This place has excellent customer service. The lady at the counter was very friendly and efficient. I dont think I was in the building for more than two minutes, but I got the feeling they run a pretty tight ship.

Good folks who do an excellent job even on very short notice. Been doing some business for several years (under a couple of corporate logos). Theyve never let me down.

I was sooo impressed with the customer service here yesterday! A little girl threw up all over their store and the women at the front desk was so kind about it. She reassured the Mom and was willing to clean it up. On top of that, when she realized all I had was a drop off she took care of me right away. She was a rockstar!!

The manager and his staff here are top notch. Nothing is ever too much trouble, you are greeted with a smile and even though a couple of times I have gone in when they are really busy, they have have always made an effort to take care of everybody as fast as possible.

The team was very polite and helpful. They did a great job printing documents I needed for a presentation, the following morning.

Mind Boggling. Today was the 2nd time in the past year this FedEx office has criticized my boxing and packing ability in order to try to upsell me a repackaging of the contents. While I appreciate the diligence in protecting their customers goods, I will not be duped into wasting money by succumbing to corporate sales tactics ( I work for a larger corporation than FedEx). If the customer says its acceptable and you still proceed to open and tell me the packaging is bad (including grabbing a ragged end of bubble wrap attached to perfectly good reused bubble wrap and saying See, your bubbles are all popped.) then you arent serving me as a customer, youre making an underhanded money grab. I had a corporate credit card with a substantial limit ready to pay for the debacle until I was told the total was about $20 more!?!? I walked away to repackage it myself for free. If I have to ship things Im paying for personally I will not use FedEx on Albany in Cheyenne because this is obviously a practice supported or mandated by the branch leadership since this same scenario played out during another visit in the past year. Stop telling people they are bad at tape and boxes (Unless they bring in a trash bag with duct tape to ship obviously), its rude and unprofessional.

Stood here for 35 minute and no one (of 3 employees) asked if I needed help. When I did ask for help I was directed to a sign for directions.(no other customers were in the store) I still could not print what I needed and had to send an order in to be printed which took another 40 minutes to be completed.

I WENT IN THERE TO SHIP A 6LB BOX BACK TO AMAZON THE CLERK SAID I NEEDED A BOX I SCRATCHED MY HEAD AND ASKED WHY HE SAID THE BOX WAS DAMAGED I LOOKED AT IT AGAIN AND ALL IT WAS WAS A BENT FLAP SO I ASKED HOW WILL THAT EFFECT THE CLOTHING INSIDE HE SAID IT WILL SO I GOT SUCKER INTO BUYING A TEN DOLLAR BOX, LABEL MORE HANDLING, EVEN MORE 6 LB COST ME OVER 50 BUCKS BOY DID I GET SCAMMED ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FEDEX I TOOK A 7LB BOX TO UPS IN A BOX I GOT OUT OF A GARBAGE CAN THEY PUT A LABEL ON IT, OH!
