Bought a keurig that kept leaking water and was not dispensing coffee. Every 2 days it had to be cleaned! Bought it Aug 2 and tried to return it Oct 2 and the manager would not exchange it because It was 1 day late . I have bought all my big ticket items at this store because I never had a problem with an exchange or return. I have shopped her for 10 plus years. This manager needs some training in people skills. 1 day late wouldn’t break the bank for this store. I stopped shopping at Jewel over 10 years ago due to similar treatment.

I was looking for slip covers. The ones they had were nice, faux suede, but more expensive than I wanted. They did not have any bath mats either. Wasted trip. The staff were fine and the store was clean. They closed off the exit to the mall which was inconvenient, for no apparent reason.

I love how their inventory is accurate and up to date when you search online! I spent all day trying to shop for containers at other retail stores yesterday but I should have come here. I got what I wanted without the erroneous online inventory runaround.

Just like any store, you have to know your prices, some stuff is pricey, I bought a table w 2 chairs from here like 6urs ago and they are still in good shape.

The supervisor was awesome, but I couldnt use my afterpay and was very upset

Pretty sure theyre understaffed. Lines are always long at checkouts even if theres only 10-15 people in the store. Picking up for in-store pick up? Might as well get in the customer service line cause no one looks over and asks if you need help.

This company including managers and customer service reps have since April failed to get an online order to me. I have never had a worse experience online shopping, from failed deliveries to them trying to send me a used, dirty, rusted appliance to a failed exchange. I have unfortunately spend more than 15 hours of my life with customer service, with no resolve. When I call them they have language issues, and refer me the store and when I go to the store they refer me back to a failed customer service. They might as well just keep my money, at this point I would prefer that to having to deal with them again. Worst spend $90. Such is their bad customer service that they can’t even respond to a horrible review, zero accountability.

When I checked out I asked the cashier why I was not receiving coupons. She helped me enter my email address and gave me some instructions as to how I may be getting coupons again. Very helpful and professional person.

I like Bed, Bath, Beyond . They had a rubber cleaner I wanted. But theyre pricey, mostly.

Customer service was good prices were reasonable due to Covid-19 there were limits on how many people could be in the store.

Manager at the Chicago Ridge store gave me hard time returning xmas items. Told me I was past their 30 day return policy which I wasnt. Before you try denying my return READ the date on my receipt when item was purchased so you get your facts straight! Also, beware of returning items purchased online. Refunds are not given at time of return if they dont carry the item in store. They ship it back to their warehouse then you get your money back.

If you don’t know how curb side works do not offer it! Ordered online got confirmation it will be ready in 2 hours.. 3 hours later and after I called in it was finally ready. Pulled up followed instructions as to check in on app to let them know I’m there 15 min waiting called them again and then they finally came out! Ridiculous!

Nice, clean lots of items and sales were great the day I was there. Staff was helpful and checkout the associate was friendly.

Love this store. Kathy and Mrs Kim are wonderful and always very helpful.Love the fact that they take expired coupons and actually place dates on clearance items. Another BBB does not. Therefore rarely marks down clearance items a second time.They also price match, so you cant go wrong.

This location is not like the Orland Park location. Waited over 15 minutes to pick up an online order that I placed the day before at noon. So much for a 2 hour pickup. I will visit their Frankfort location as they were on top of their online pickup orders.

This place is great for all your home needs.

I dont leave reviews but i just had to this time. I never had a problem with bedbath until recently. So ill admit im not the type of girl that likes to go shopping in malls and spending hours looking for what i need when i can simply go online adjust the filters and find exactly what i need, especially with a 6 month old baby. But as a customer who bought a lot of items from them and expensive items as well i thought ill be treated slightly better than how ive been treated lately. And their customer service is awful. A lot of times an associate would tell me one thing and itll be completely wrong and i cant do anything about it after that. So if you ever decide to contact them and hope they help you out with a problem (that was initially their fault) dont bother they just dont seem to care. They have completely lost me as a customer.

I was able to get what I wanted very quickly. The cashier helped me find the best coupons for my purchases. They even matched the price on Amazon for one item, since it was cheaper on Amazon. Made Christmas shopping easy and affordable.

I called for a particular item! The young girl placed me on hold. 7 min passed a young guy picked my call up from hold I advised him I was being helped he placed me back on hold 4 min passed I was picked up from hold and was told nothing placed back on hold, the last girl that picked my call up and asked how could she help, I was over all the back and forth. This mall has customer service and quality has deminished drastically for the worst.

Huge, clean store. Employees are always helpful, except the one I encountered when I needed a price on something. She says Ill be right with you, while checking prices on a ton of things, for no one in particular, then chatting with an employee. I waited maybe 5 minutes, before another cheerful employee said Can I help you? Fun store, has just about every gadget you can imagine.

Associate at checkout was really nice. We forgot our coupon and she looked one up for us online,used that one. She was very polite. Something you dont see often anymore. So thank you.

Went in just to look. Ending up buying towels that were clearance. Nice towels, made in Portugal. There were 75 percent off. You just have to look around and you can find something. The store has nice things, but it better, when theyre on sale also.

So disappointed. Just as I tbought an establishment could upscale Victoria Secret in good smelling body fragrances, they fell off. Ive bought better smelling fragrance from dollar tree. Oops upside your head for believing the buy two and get one free was a deal. They raise the price on two, and the free is a balance of price juggling. Sorry this review was meant for bath & body works.

This store has quite a bit jammed into it. Aisles are very narrow and packed with stuff. Only one cart can go through the aisle at a time, but they have quite a bit to offer. They need to update their signage system and improve on their inventory control. I went for storage containers but there was no sign. Had to find an employee to scan items for prices. Not their fault this store is super busy and there are probably not enough of them to get it all done but I just love the selection at BB&B.

I really like bbb. I Always find something unique but needed even when Im not looking. Plus they send me coupons every month. Love them.

This store has a much better selection than other BB&Bs Ive been to. However, the customer service is lacking. No one spoke to me despite walking past at a least 7 associates while looking fo a kitchen item. I had already been to several stores and was so happy when I finally found the item! But no one offered to help me. Still, the selection will keep me coming back to this location

Great selection! The prices are not too high but make sure you take advantage of the sales and coupons available. Easy return process. Store associates are helpful but you do have to find them around the store.

I very slow with checking out. One customer held up the by talking and texting on the phone.
