Stopped for wiper blades... they even installed them for free.The people were nice and knowledgeable about the parts I needed.If you zoom in, I think you can see my new wiper blades.The look great and work great. LOL

Purchased both of the tail light for $11 here, a nice gentleman, if I got it right named Elza, helped me out to install everything. All the workers here are very friendly and amazingly helpful too. Very recommended!!**Follow up from Pepboys, well now you know where to go and where not to. There they charge you $100++ or more than twice the price you can expect somewhere else.**

Bella Mora was exceptional at helping figure out AND install which fuses i needed in my late 1996 model car. Very professional and knowledgeable. Also helped me replace my ancient broken wiper blades. Made me very comfortable. Ask for Bella. 5 stars

TODAY I WENT TO AUTOZONE I WALKED IN AND, A LADY BY THE NAME OF BELLA GREETED ME WITH A SMILE AND HELPED ME WITH ALL OF MY NEEDS I ASKED HER CAN SHE HELP ME PUT A LIGHT BULB IN MY CAR ETC. SHE THEN SAID YES WITH NO HESITATION SHE WAS SO QUICK AND SO NICE AND PATIENT WITH ME. THIS IS THE BEST AUTOZONE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!!!!! Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. I went to check my battery after the battery light came on. Bella helped me and she was superb! She was very patient, friendly, and made sure to check every possibility. Turns out my battery is fine but I need a new alternator. Oh well, it happens. Great service!

Auto Zone allows their employees to bring a scanner out to the vehicle, plug it in, and then go back in to read the codes. This is done at no charge. The employee was helpful and quick. The only downside is that the scanners are not similar to the ones the mechanics use. They only read check engine light codes. I go to this location often and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. They often have parts in stock or can get them the next day.

I went to auto zone today because I needed my battery checked. The store manager went above and beyond to help determine the issue with my battery. I highly recommend this auto zone. Customer service was great!

...Managers always greet you as if you were there everyday. They tell you to clean the rotors before installing etc....little details that might not be useful but you never know when or whom they might benefit. Thats the difference between a parts store and a store that appreciated your shopping loyalty. They always check to make sure the parts are right. My experience with a Ford Escape wipers . Check them out ...one of the best AutoZone stores.

Isabella is amazing! I was having issues with my battery and went to the Auto Zone in Chicago Ridge to find out what the problem was. Isabella tested the battery and alternator for me to find out what needed to be replaced. After finding that the battery needed to be replaced Isabella offered to exchange the battery for me right there at the store. Isabella’s customer service will keep me as a customer at this store and I recommend this store to everyone.

Tbe evening manager is very rude! I stopped by one evening with my children in the car asking for assistance in putting a new battery in my vehicle which kept cutting off on me (trying to make it home safe with children). The long bearded manager was very stern with a no ! Reason being I hadn’t purchase the battery there. Just a week prior I was there for the same service a different guy was very helpful but I had the wrong size battery I had to go exchange.I would not recommend visiting this location

The store was clean and organized. I knew what I needed. Exactly! I asked for it! The young man was polite and at the time I thought very helpful. Now, I am very explicit when I say what I want. When it comes to auto you must be. There is a difference between a battery charger that charges, then holds the charge for x amount of time and then can start a car. As opposed to a battery charger that must be pluged into a power source every time in order to start a car. I wanted the former of the two. The young man read the instructions and said this is the one you want. I got it home, it was the wrong kind. I should have caught it when I saw it was the only one they sold.I do not think he meant to trick me. I think he didnt understand the difference.They need a wider variety in there. One of each item just doesnt work.

I go to autozone in oak lawn more. I was close to Chicago ridge yesterday so I go. In oak lawn autozone you have to wear mask or they do not let you in. But at this location? No? Workers does not wear mask here and let people in with no mask why

Jackie the parts pro in commercial is amazing. She knows what she is doing I get the right part every time. Thomas the manager is a super hard worker and he goes above and beyond just like Jackie. Southwest highway and Ridgeland store is the best I strongly recommend getting your parts from there

Im always helped promptly with no issues everytime I go to this location. Whoever the redshirt is working on 8/10 around 4:30pm needs a raise. Hes a hard worker that helps me when I walk in, speaks to every customer with a smile, and sounds like he gives pretty good advice.

The guys there were very helpful when I needed windshield wipers for my Chevy Equinox. They even installed them for me. When one of the guys had some trouble installing the drivers side, another guy came out and got it. They were very professional and courteous and didnt treat me like a problem or hassle.

So I had a brief interaction with Efram the Manager. My cousin and I walk in because he is working on his Wrangler and needed a specific screw. I was changing my own oil and had been eyeing some rhino ramps. I saw them on Amazon and Walmart for $39.42. So I figured Im here and they had them in stock lets see if they price match. So I asked do you match amazon prices. Efram seemed annoyed by the question as if in todays day and age this is not common. He responded with a smug voice no it has to be a brick and mortar shop. Ok cool because walmart has them too. This seemed to annoy him more. He asked to see the ad and I showed him and he started ringing it up. And asked who has it again? Walmart... you know the largest chain in the US. Anyways I got the price match and he says the price which I did not hear. I asked how much and for one last time he got a chance to show his frustration by raising his voice. So my cousin says that wasnt that hard now was it loollll. Anyways I would hate to work under Efram, its beyond me as to who in their right mind thought that it would be a good idea to make him manager. And rest assured Efram that both the people you were being crappy to are more than capable to be crappy back but choose to not act like idiots. One extra star for the price match lolll
