I had a great experience, if youre into comics anime, collectors funkos this is a place you must visit

Costumer service is great, everyone there is also really nice and helpful when needing to find a book

The service was awful. At the register was 2 women. When I was checking out they seemed understaffed and they both seemed annoyed. When I asked for a difference in the books that I was purchasing the one women got mad at me for asking and said very rudely those are hard copies and those are not. However as I read the difference of the case series. One series came with extra details then the other one did. I ended up returning the books 📚. Maybe if anyone decides to go purchase a book go on a less busy day. I unfortunately will not be returning here.

Their manga collection is so up to date and fresh. Just bought some mangas from a series Im currently following. They are in good condition and cant wait to read them!! Customer service was so nice, the lady that rang up my books was very pleasant 😊

Great for popular books, manga, and study guides BUT they try to sell you the annual membership like their life depended on it.

I cant see why ppl like this place, day time service and food is great, however after 6:00 p.m. you can forget it.Orders are not right and dont ask them to fix it cause it only gets worse.Eat early there, youll enjoy the food and service better.

They had a variety of books and Manga. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely be buying more books soon.

Nice Store but when I places an online order it said the product was in stock. After submited the order and paid for it. I received an email 3 hours later saying the books were actually out of stock and they had made a mistake I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for the money to go back to my account

Its a small book store. The type of books sold are not bad, a lot of best sellers. However, I didnt like the worker constantly standing next to me, as if Im suspicious. I even moved around on purpose to make sure Im not crazy. This female followed me up and down the entire aisle all the way to the register. I did purchase the two books that I wanted. I love spending time in book store, but if the workers are going to treat me like a thief to be watched, then Ill take my business elsewhere.

Found several books that were exactly what I needed with the bonus of having a sale going on! Wish I couldve shopped more but the mall closed at 9. Courteous and helpful staff at hand. Great bookstore!

We went to get the Funko Pops my niece wanted for her birthday. This is my first time shopping there. The cashier (Patrick, a white guy with glasses) tried to sign me up for a membership card, which I would have paid $25 for. You could pay $30 instead of $50 for the toys, he said. But I still wouldve paid the extra $25 for the card, so I wouldnt have saved money. (Again, it was my first visit there) So I told him, this is just a last minute shopping. He didnt listen and wanted me to wait outside at the food court so he could sign me up or if I could come back the next day and at that point I was getting irritated. He kept trying to force me to sign up, and after 10 minutes of talking back and forth, I finally said, Im just not interested. Sorry. I dont want to sign up. I just want to pay these already. This is what he said to me with a sarcastic attitude, oh, well okay. Thatll be $54, and not $34. Since you didnt wanna sign up. I mean, you have the money, right? You probably make lots of money and like to spend it. I didnt respond. Just grabbed my bag and left. I get the employees get commission when customers sign up for their annual memberships but dont force it on them! Never shopping here again.

This store will trick you into signing up for three magazines and not tell you that you have to cancel in fact the person I spoke to checking out with my books told me I didnt have to cancel and we just stop receiving. I will be contacting the better business bureau and proceed to contact their legal department as well seeing their on line customer support services do not work or were never set up.

It was my first time in this book store. So many different books. They have something for everyone.

Amazing place! They have pretty much every Funko POP you can imagine and when I went there and they didnt have one I was looking for they told me where to find it. Very charming place.

We went on a day when it wasnt busy. The associate was kind and attentive. She answered our questions readily and made us feel quite welcome.

Horrible store. These good reviews are a lie. Their membership plan is ridiculous! I think they try to convince you to sign up so they can get paid commission. Bad customer service, too. Hope this place goes out of business. I miss Hellfire Comics. Dont know why that placed closed down and this one is still open. f*** this place.

Like they think were going to rob their toys or something. Were only there to look at their toys and comics since my kids love them while we wait for the movies but you know what? This place is S**t. I love the place just too look around the books they have are so good and they have little action figures, everyone when I go to the mall I go here the books can be mangas, scare, action, plus they have really good authors there.

Borders was way better than this store. You can walk around in circles and get dizzy, and not 1 employee ask if you need help. Will not go back!

I come here for the junji ito books. I think they have a well sized manga selection and other literature. The atmosphere is very calm and the workers are very helpful as well. Beware of the constant offers for memberships at the counter 💪

I love Books A Million. I go there everytime I go to Chicago ridge mall. And Im always finding the book Im looking for, or a book that I would like to read. The Employees are very very nice and helpful.
