Awful company, we drove out to Chicago ridge cause the store said it was open. I planned to get multiple things embroidered and printed. We get to the store and can see employees inside with the gate down. They don’t come over to explain so we called to ask when they would be open only to hear “maybe we will open at 5??” it was very unclear and then they said they wouldn’t be open at all. Then as we are standing outside the store still on the phone with them the female employee hung up the phone and we could literally see her do this. Don’t come here they obviously don’t want your business.

For the most part they did a good job they are on the higher price but definitely have every right to do so if there work speaks for its self the only thing I didn’t like was how they didn’t show me how the design would look on a mock shirt off a computer image to insure the design I wanted was perfectly in the right spot, as a business owner this can definitely create huge problems in the future n definitely would show every customer via email of a confirmation before the final print to insure everything is perfect . Other then that it was decently done .

Great work once they corrected my issue. I just hated I had to go through so much red tape to get what I paid for.

They are very helpful here, always showing me nee ways to succeed with my clothing brand. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ll continue to keep coming. Any printing or stitching need there your people to contact!!

Purchased 2 shirts for Mothers day and they were perfect.Professional, courtesious, and honest.

I definitely agree, the young girl has poor customer service skills and should not be at the front desk interacting with customers. There was a misspelled word on my tee, and not one apologetic word...in fact she was very indignant. She stood there, silent, with the tee on the counter, repeatedly smoothing it out with both of her hands, as if the word would magically correct itself. Finally she stated that it could be fixed by scraping off the lettering. I was skeptical, but would wait to see the end result. Then I asked for another receipt, just in case a different employee was there when I came to pick it up...I wanted proof that it was paid for. Wow, you would have thought Id asked her to wash the floor with a toothbrush. When I picked it up, it turned out that a whole new tee had to be printed. It looked good, but when I put it on, the lettering was spaced too wide, resulting in part of the words on the sides of my chest. In order for people to read it, I had to rotate side to side. I would not go back.

We get all of our company shirts done here. They are the only ones I trust. I have had my logo done by other places that screwed it up. I highly recommend this place

My sister and I came to buy a shirt for our dad and they told us it would take 40 minutes so we walked around the mall for more then an hour. We went back to check on the shirt and they told us to wait another 15 minutes. They took forever to gice us the shirt. Definitely not worth the price. Too expensive and not worth it at all never going their again.

Ive been taking my ideas to the owner of Stitch by Stitch for at least 6 years now and he has always brought them to life. I go in thinking hes not going to be able to recreate this and he does. THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS with fair prices. I send people to him all the time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STITCH BY STITCH!!!

The guy that runs this place has terrible customer service. Stay away. He completely ignores customers for minutes and never acknowledges your presence. He talks to you like you are beneath him. This is the 3rd chance Ive given this store. Im done. The things this guy does... PSA: if foreign business owners in America feel that Americans are not worthy, why not just open a business in your country where you will be happy about the people you serve... I just dont get it. I told my nephew to stay away from this place but I ignored my own request and tried to give this guy another try. Also, if he thinks he is closer to a sale with another customer he will completely stop talking to you and ignore you to talk to someone else who he thinks is going to place an order with him. Im done!!!

Horrible customer service, I called about 5 times after owner approved being able to make me a simple mug. Then they tell me it’s ready for pick up, I get there and there’s a lady who doesn’t even speak English trying to get a hold of the owner or whoever just to tell me that something went wrong with their print machine & to come back later. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I got a customized embroidered peice done on a jean jacket at stitch by stich and they were incredibly accomodiating! I brought in my idea and he brought it to life! Wouldnt recommend you getting anything printed here. I had some stickers made and placed and it was a mess. I had to return for them to redo it and it still looked bad.
