My husband went there in person a couple of times and called them a couple of times trying to get one of our cracked bow windows fixed. Three times they were supposed to come out and give an estimate but never showed. They did call twice to reschedule but still never showed up on that day and never called. I guess they figured our business wasn’t worth it!
I brought a storm window here to be fixed, and they fixed it quickly for a very reasonable price! Excellent customer service, super fast, and great work.
Terrible owner he resolve issues with screaming yelling on customers only talking FFF... I have to come back four times and still not done right. I took my window to another place to finish properly. Waste time and money!
The owner yelled at me over the phone for simply asking for specific pricing. He threw a temper tantrum like a 2 year old and clearly has no knowledge on what business he’s running.
We are driving from Iowa to Michigan to go to my grandmothers funeral with a van full of our children. A truck from this company was riding on our bumper as my husband was trying to get over so your truck could pass us. After he got over, your truck nearly hit us by swerving in front of us and slamming on their brakes. Paid 50% September 10, 2019 for window and screen replacement. (Their rules balance due at installation). Have called at least monthly since. Got to hear all about medical and family issues. This month got someone new on the phone. Still getting the run around - along with accusatory questions of why we didn’t call last 9 months even though I have multiple times. It is a small job. Would like my money back at this point. We can’t get past person who answers phone. They clearly don’t care.After this post the owner finally called us and made it right. He came out to re-measure and it was installed a week later. Frustrating it took so long.
Horrible customer support. The owner continued to cut me off as I attempted to explain to him the issue with my screen door and my garage window. He failed to listen to the problem that I needed to be resolved. The individual who answered the phone indicated that they could come out as early as this Friday morning however he then took the phone and stated they they are too busy with other bigger priorities due to COVID-19 so they are not taking any small jobs. It sounds like they are unwilling to help small residential property owners. What happens when COVID-19 dries up? I think that what this business owner needs to ask himself. Try treating other potential customers with respect. Everyone is busy due to COVID-19, but that is no excuse for treating individuals poorly in the midst.
My wife dropped a window off for repair and it was completed same day with repairs far exceeding our expectations at an unbeatable price. We are actually bringing back another. The staff were extremely professional & knowledgeable in helping me particularly over the phone which can be difficult. I looked up some terminology beforehand which helped a bit.
We have used airport glass in the past and the service received has declined immensely. We placed an order in November and up until now, there was no communication whatsoever about lead times, completion, and install. We were promised our product by Christmas Eve. Phone calls & emails were getting ignored and unanswered for days, if not weeks. It was also never communicated that they would be closed for 2 weeks for the holiday and that orders would be delayed. 1 day before a project was due, we were then told our product was damaged and needed to be reordered which I dont believe was the case. While this was the first time we ordered a product that was never received, this was not the first time that we had to chase after people to get answers as well as estimates.
Beware of making a deal off the books with one of the Airport Glass workers. He replaced a large pane of glass in a window in my condo. He did not caulk around the inside of the window frame. Now every time it rains, water pours in all over the windowsill. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with him by phone & by letter. He refuses to answer. He told me he would give me a great deal, better than the estimate of $396.00 from Airport Glass. I paid him $300.00 in cash. This was no great deal. I made a huge mistake in trusting him. Airport Glass knows about these actions but they cannot send any other worker to repair the window. So I have to find another company to repair the window. I made a deal with the devil & now I am paying for it.

Great customer service and good prices
Still waiting for my thermopane glass to arrive for the second time. Originally ordered (8) pieces of glass for my Four Season Solarium on May 12, 2014. Glass was ordered and was installed on June 11, 2014. That same evening we had torrential rain and the (3) roof units had water pouring in. On June 12, 2014 morning called Betty (owner) to let her know our problem. Sent out employees to caulk roof windows. A few days later another rain event with the same problem of water pouring in. Betty sent out previous owner to help define the problem. Employees were sent out again, this time measured the thickness of the roof glass. Airport Glass originally measured length and width but not the thickness. Low and behold they ordered 3/4 versus 1 thick glass. The glass is now on re-order for the correct thickness, however it is now July 23, 2014 and just received a message that the glass is delayed and will be delivered July 30th or August 1st. Well the glass is still not delivered, am now told that the glass was made incorrectly by the manufacturer. Will now be delivered August 7th or 8th.Today is August 13th and the replacement glass was finally installed today after many delays. Must say Betty did resolve the problem even though it took three months.
