Horrible customer service. They have workers that keep folding shirts while customers are in the stores. They rarely pick up the phone or know their inventory.

Looking for some sports gear.

Called before I got there to inquire about embroidery services. I arrive and the store associate is talking to me and someone on the phone! Tells me I can’t have my hat embroidered because they have too many to complete. As I’m asking questions of the process, or when do I come back, do I make an appointment what is the procedure for this service! He was rude, dismissive and I was basically told to try again! Horrible! I purchase from this company often but there many options! Poor customer service isn’t acceptable, ever!

The Chicago Locker room lids. I went to make an exchange for a different size/color jersey. Tags were on the jersey and both not worn. The lady advised I could not exchange without a receipt BUT the policy online, on receipts and in store states different. She made me feel as if I didn’t know the policy. They ended up exchanging the jerseys. She then stated that I could not get the item personalized and nothing could be stitched. I was able to get it stitched at another store. I wish their attitudes were better. It’s a shame the Orland park store closed down. I wont spend anymore money here.

Horrible. Been buying for a long time. Specially at this store. Bought a world series hat just took it out the bag today. Notice stitching was bad. Came there today. Thinking they they would so stitch a new one for me. Since i never wore it. They Picked at it and put a lighter to fix it. Not what i was interested. Wanted a better stitched hat. Lost my business

Disappointing wasted over an hour waiting for an embroidered hat for Christmas gift. They placed the lettering on the wrong side even though they had the paper with instructions on where to put it. Then they pit a replacement hat and messed it up again and it was too late to get another since they were closing. Never coming back. Lost a Christmas gift now and time we won’t get back. Only got an apology and refund. Didn’t bother to make it right.

The works went above and beyond to find the hat that I wanted and within budget!!! The workers were so nice!!

Writing about their sister store, Chicago Locker Room, across the way in Chicago Ridge Mall. My husband bought me a shirt and I needed a different size. There were none in stock. Mercedes (store employee) said no, we don’t have the size. I stood there hoping she would give me some options. Instead, I asked if there was a size online that I could get. She acted as if it was such an inconvenience to look online. Thank goodness another employee came up and helped me. He was wonderful! Meanwhile, while my order was being processed, the phone rang. Thank goodness the person on the other end of the line didn’t see the eye roll and attitude that she had for them. After that phone call, a gentlemen came in and wanted to cancel his online order. Again, an eye roll and a big spiral bound book flopped on the counter and pages were aggressively turned hoping to find a number. She dialed and someone picked up and she had nothing but an ugly, angry look on her face. If you don’t want to work in retail and with the general public, then get out. Your ugly and nasty attitude is palpable when you are behind the counter.
