This area has a ton of garments and is in general manner bigger than the one in orland square shopping center. The workers were certainly terrified of stuff being taken as they detailed the number of things and the changing room you went into of each individual to lost avoidance. Their leeway was bargain basement for extremely top notch garments. I will be returning regularly, very happy with what I removed. Dresses are normal, however decent on the off chance that you dont need those high store costs.

I visited this place in the past and didn’t think the employees were very nice so I stayed away for a long time. What brought me back was my daughter looking for a prom dress. So of course we go to the fitting room. The young lady working in the area was not nice at all. I thought she was very rude (See photo for the employee). So my daughter needed help so I went to her room and I was looking at her dress and she was looking in the mirror in the hallway of the dressing room which is why it is there and she told me I had to leave or stay in the fitting room; well that’s a problem considering the fitting room is not quite big enough for two people. She told me I had to wait outside the ropes. So I left. I understand rules. BUT rules should apply to all people in the fitting room NOT just me. There was a group of people looking at a customer’s dress as she showed them off and NOTHING was said to them. I also noticed as time went by, I was the only one she said to leave. She also had another employee bring a sign (see photo) just for me, I guess. Again, rules should be for everyone not just one person. I felt disrespected and I will not return to this store. You should not disrespect people. It makes me sad that people can’t be nice and treat people with respect. I will not recommend this store at Chicago Ridge to anyone and I will be sure to tell everyone how I was treated poorly.

I went back to return a couple of items 7 days after I purchased the clothes.. policy return says 14 days with receipt. I believe the manager was there it took me like 40 min to get my money back... they claimed they didnt have cash in the registers when they did, and even if they didnt thats is not my problem. They insisted to give a gift card from them, I do not need a girft card from there all I wanted was my refund. As I was getting upset about the situacion cadhier started giving me attitude. I was bot asking fir a favor but u work there and if I have tags in my clothes and receipt and I bring it with the time limit, I should my refund. Not a full day of attitude and rudebess... If I see there names on my receipt I will graddly post them they were working this past Thursday around noon rude people. They asked me to come back in two hrs, what is this peoples problems u think I dont work and I have all the time in the world to do as you wish, what kind of joke is this. I am not coming back again

I ordered a dress online & did not like the fit. I came to return it in store to avoid paying return cost. They didnt accept the return because I didnt have a shipping label which cost $6.98 even though I was returning in store. They pride themselves on easy returns this was very inconvenient. I do not recommend shopping at Widsor.

Extremely rude staff they close at 7:00pm yet they decide to close their door at 6:30pm.

They close the store Early!!!!! At 6:30 when the mall closes at 7! It makes no sense! Save yourself the drive if you think you’ll make it before 7!

I have called them in regards to some shoes i really needed literally called 10 times got sent to voice mail 10 times ! Worst customer service ever ..

Would give 0 stars if possible. I Went in to do a return with my girlfriend and the cashier with the glasses was being super rude about it. Associates need to learn how to handle their attitudes when dealing with customers. I would NOT recommend anyone to shop at this location

Unfriendly staff

This location has a lot of clothes and is overall way larger than the one in orland square mall. The employees were definitely afraid of stuff being stolen as they reported how many items and the changing room you went into of every person to lost prevention. Their clearance was dirt cheap for really high quality clothes. I will definitely be coming back often, super satisfied with what I took away. Dresses are average, but nice if you dont want those high boutique prices.

If I could give a half star I would.I bought a dress for my daughters graduation here.The night of her graduation was the day we bought the dress. The damn straps broke the very first time she wore it. When I asked the employees about a swap or refund they denied it. They said since it was a special occasion dress there could be no returns! I paid over a hundred dollars for a dress that was ruined the very first time she wore it. Never will I shop here again. The people are rude and couldve handled the situation in a better manner.

I have shop at Windsor plenty of times and each time I go into this particular Store, I feel like I’m being watched and racially profiled. Today I came in with other shopping bags and they asked for me to put them behind the register, that wasn’t a problem. I begun to have a issue when I asked for my things back and the manager tried to slyly look in my bags like I was stealing. She was totally out of line and this isn’t the first time I felt like she had a issue with people of color. It’s been multiple times where she made me feel uncomfortable and just is plain rude. After today I refuse to step back in this store at this location.

Was just in there. I wanted to buy a top and the employees were just in the register talking to one another. Had me waiting for 10+ minutes. I ended giving up waiting and just left. The employees are TERRIBLE! Do better.
