I was a little disappointed. The cashier was not well trained and although she asked for a supervisor and for another cashier, she only got the manager. The female manager took care of the problem the cashier couldnt but failed to show the cashier how to handle it for the next time. Meanwhile the line is getting longer. As the manager finishes she looks at us standing in line and walks away. 😲 After 5 minutes now customers in the line are starting to get rowdy and voicing there should be another cashier helping. After another couple of minutes then the manager returns with another employee and opened up the other 2 registers. Bad customer service period. I spent more time cashing out than I did finding a costume 🤔

Good selection, very attentive employees greeting and offering assistance. Prices seem similar to most Halloween shops but there is more variety

Great inventory, wonderful selection. Pre coordinated or build your own costumes. Tons of awesome gory decorations. Awesome selection of makeup and special effects for the final touch!

Two days before Halloween it was a ghost town. They had No merchandise extremely slim pickings,!

They have a ton of Halloween stuff like costumes & props, but NO costumes for plus size people. If youre plus size & looking for a costume, go to Party City instead!!

One of the worst stores Ive ever been in. No staff to help you find what you need. they have no organization things are just everywhere piled on walls whatever they can hang up wherever they can hang it up. Not a big selection of costumes. Overpriced.

Cheap stuff high prices and not good size selection of items.

2000 square feet of disappointment. Dusty, grungy. Many displays not working.
