I shop here quite often and love every item I have purchased thus far. Everyone I have worked with has been open and honest about their opinion on how an item would tie into the look Im trying to achieve or just general product knowledge. Super helpful throughout the entire shopping experience, even at the very end when they helped walk items out to my car.The few times they didnt have an immediate answer to my questions around an item, they were straight forward about not knowing but actively went to find answers. Ive also been referred to other places nearby when they didnt have something I was looking for because they simply didnt carry it or because I didnt love their versions.Not sure how others can blame the store for parking violations. The store does not manage the parking lot, there are signs posted all around the parking lot and security guards that will try to warn you that if you walk OFF the premises then you will be towed.
Beautiful products, very disappointing customer service. We drove into the store location in Chicago to return pulls and knobs that we had purchased online, and to potentially do additional shopping in store. Even though those same knobs and pulls were in the store, we were unable to return an online purchase in person. Very frustrating policy- at this price point, I would expect better, and will not be shopping here again if this is the level of care/concern put into customer service.
Customer service is terrible. Ordered items online and will not accept returns in store. This is a change to policy that was not announced and now leaves us with thousands of dollars of merchandise that is nearly impossible to ship back.
Really disappointed! I specifically drove into the city from Long Grove to see the lighting etc. in person. The store is neat and orderly but the 4 employees could care less that you are there! I was in here on a Wednesday at 4:15- store was empty! Not one sales person came out from the register area to ask me if I needed help or had questions. Clearly customer service not a priority. D- grade and zero recommendations from me.
Went in just on a whim last week and people were super friendly and helpful. I rent and dont live in the area so not really looking to buy much of what they sell but people seemed pretty knowledgeable and eager to educate, someone named Madeline helped me who was pretty perky. Told me a bit about the store and walked me around a bit.Lots of beautiful things in the store and definitely worth checking out, especially if you own your own place.
Beautiful items to be found in here. They are pricey but some items well worth it. My only beef is I was never greeted Never Really asked for help and I was one of 3 people in the store. I felt like there noses were turned up to me. They lost a sale as I would have bought a rug but was turned off by lack of customer service
The customer service is great at this location. The store is very neat and isn’t overstocked with products which makes it fun to walk around. They have a cool selection of inventory and every associate I’ve interacted with has been helpful.
Love looking here. Prices can be high for what you get. Love looking for rejuvenated pieces. Havent bought anything yet. Hoping to someday.

I had a horrible experience at this store. Everything is overpriced by at least 20% compared to other stores. Salesperson was pushy and down right rude! We felt borderline trapped when we tried to leave without buying anything. The salesperson told us If you cant afford it then you can go somewhere else. Absolutely unbelievable. Dont waste your time going here. Youll regret it.

I have had several excellent experiences with this store. I am sorry to hear previous review did not. I had ordered things online that had to return before realizing they had a phyiscal location in Chicago. I ordered a light online and when went into the store and decided I needed a different size. But lights are custom because they are made to length and therefore non-returnable BUT it had not been put into production so the amazing people at the store were able to change my order & save the day. They have repeatedly told me Im the store that its best to place an order thru them because they can help more if issues do come up. So that is one word of advice - if you can go in or call to order it may go easier. They also package the things Ive received in the mail extremely well, which I was nervous about with lights.

DONT PARK NEAR THE STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TOWED. My fiancé and I were out looking for registry items and celebrating our new engagement. We stopped across the street to get my ring sized before heading into Rejuvenate and found our car was towed. We paid $30 for an Uber on top of a $216 tow. The workers and the store itself are awful to tow a SINGLE vehicle in a lot full of cars. We were targeted and sad thing is we parked at rejuvenate excited to shop for our registry and celebrate our engagement. I hope whoever tried to ruin our day feels great about themselves. I wont be shopping here and my friends and family wont be either
This is my very first online business review because this experience has been sufficiently absurd. Bought two very nice chairs ($3,500 purchase) from the new store on North Ave in Lincoln Park (Chicago), and after being assured delivery in three weeks or less, I called after the 5th week and got the runaround by both the store and their independent delivery service. After an afternoon of sitting on hold and getting bounced between the store and the delivery service (each pointed the finger at the other and left me to sort it out), finally got it figured out (with some eventual help from the store), my order has been located, and were now looking at 7 weeks delivery (about 2wks from today) with no assurance that that date will hold (theyll let me know the day before) and with an inability to specify a delivery window (thats their policy).If there are any other hiccups, I will be canceling my order entirely. Its a shame that they cant sort out their delivery and customer service as their product is good. Needless to say, Im pretty hesitant to spend this much money again with a company that does not appear to prioritize actually delivering their paid-in-full product to their customers. Pretty sure my credit card was charged in full the day of sale.
Ordered handles I receive them in pieces didn’t know which went to what handle then returned everything I received and didn’t get my credit back they also tried saying they did receive the handles back when I had the tracking #showing they received them will never order from them
