I would not recommend this place to anyone. Recently perched a refrigerator for here and no more than two weeks it broke down and had to buy a new refrigerator from home depot. they say that they can fix it but only made things worse. DO NOT Buy from here!!!!

Dont buy anything here. Theyll charge you 500 for a refrigerator thats breaks down in a matter of weeks. Top notch is really bottom of the barrel

I went in and found exactly what I was looking for and the prices were very reasonable!! I was able to find a really, really nice Kemore 5 burner stove for $275!!! It was very clean and in outstanding condition. They offered delivery and set up for an extra 40 dollars and removal of my old stove for $10!!! Great customer service in the store and the delivery men were prompt, professional and very respectful!!! I highly recommend!!! They carry stoves, fridges, washers and dryers and A/C units plus more!!! They give you the highest quality for your hard earned miney!!!! Check them out!!!

I was Sold a refrigerator by Danny that didnt work properly. After 3 months of promising to send someone to fix it. No-one ever showed up. No-one answers the phone anymore. Will never buy anything from there again.

I shopped around looking for stainless steel appliances and found Top Notch Appliances. Top Notch sells new and used appliances. The owner, Daniel, assisted me with my selections. He was very professional, as well as the delivery personnel.I was satisfied with the new stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The appliances were reasonably priced, especially being LG merchandise. I will purchase from here again if I need any other appliances.

Purchased a washer that didnt work when I received it from them. I called to mention the problem they told me it was the washer solenoid..They said it would cost me 175 dollars to fix the product they sold me defected..Please get a stove from them only!

As a commercial/residential property manager, I have dealt with my many appliance company’s but Top Notch is the only company I will be dealing with from now on! I had a leak in my water tank and they came out and professionally installed it the next Day by their crew! I just recently bought a washer and dryer set from them and I love it. Price was good looks good works perfectly. The customer service and delivery were great. They also came and hooked it up showed me how it works and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be back.

I would not recommend this place to anybody. The warranty is a total rip off. My refrigerator went out on the 61st day. The salesperson acted non caring. The repair cost is about the same as purchasing another unit. Buy at your own risk.

I bought a refrigerator and I haven’t had any problems.The price was really great I would recommend them for great prices and appliances.

I bought a refrigerator here around the end of May. It was not getting cold at first, but the freezer was working. They have come out to fix it at least 4 times. Now the refrigerator works ok, but the freezer isnt freezing now. I have tried to be patient and understanding with these people and now they tell me they will refund my money and come and get the refrigerator. They still havent done that. They claim they dont have one comparable to the one i bought. I have lost time and food during this ordeal with no real resolution. I would stay away from this place if i were you. Good customer would be to replace the refrigerator regardless..I wanted to update my reviewI went to the store for them to process my refund and they had just got in a fridge that was like the one they had picked up from me the previous day.They delivered it the next day and as of now, i am very happy!! I didnt want to go out looking again. This fridge works great so far and im good.

I am a property manger here in the city of Chicago, and purchased a refrigerator from Top Notch to replace a tenants broken fridge. The fridge we bought stopped working the day after we received it. I did follow up with Top Notch who came out to see/fix the refrigerator that time (and when it continued to fail). They even offered a replacement if the problem persisted. While it was a hassle having to constantly have someone come to repair the refrigerator, I appreciate that they still honored the warranty and fixed the product. I will use in the future if I am ever in such a bind again. I would recommend them, just know that they are selling USED appliances, and that they too may be broken. Follow-up is key.

This place has a huge selection of appliances and very attentive employees. I had a stackable washer and dryer delivered and the old ones taken away. They hooked it up and made sure it was working. The employees in the store and on deliveries are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality used appliances for a reasonable price and reasonable delivery cost.

They are garbage and the customer service sucks bought a stove a refrigerator from the in August they both stopped working correctly so I called an no one came out like they claimed they would now the warranty has expired. That’s bad for business. Your suppose to keep your customers happy an not treat them like the garbage they sell.

Dealt with the owner Danny many times on appliances for our real estate management company. Great people, great selection and any issues they stand behind with in the warranty limits. I see a bunch of people crying and whining. Don’t expect them to honor a 30 day warranty 6 months after purchase otherwise buy new if you are a whining crying baby.
