I really like this place. They replace 2 of my windows and looks and works great. Love the staff very friendly and nice. They have really good windows new or used. Definitely going again if and when I need any more work done.

I did not have an option for the zero star. Staff is unprofessional and not willing to help. I took my vehicle for a driver side mirror replacement. My mirror was broken and sensor did work upon my arrival. However, they did replace my mirror but the sensor stopped working when they replaced the mirror. When I asked for owner to fix my sensor they refused to help me and stated they could not do anything for me. I do not recommend this place.

The absolute best and fastest service! Front Windshield was cracked on Eway, had to have a new one installed and they were the cheapest price I received and was literally done in 30min!!! Highly Recommended!

Quick & Efficient! my go to for glass & mirror. Had a weather issue where a tree fell in my back window. Was able to get it fixed same day in leas than 3 hours.

FANTASTIC SERVICE AND GREAT PRICING CANT BEAT IT very fast to and such a great job if I went to the junkyard and did myself would have been about $120 for tools to remove,install,the glue for the actual windshield,the glue for the rear view mirror,caulk,weather stripping,suction cups to hold it,the gas to go to junkyard and back,and for entry to junkyard as well and the time it would take as well

Great place to go to get your car window repaired. My window would not roll up. They fixed it in less than an hour! The receptionist was courteous and helpful.

The service is always good but one of the workers stole my portable jump box out of my truck. I wont go back there because of the theft

They don’t take appointments so call them and make sure they have your part. Other than that the front desk girl is GREAT and the guys in the garage very professional. We drove 1 and 1/2 hours from the suburbs and it was worth it. Buenísimo servicio!

I called them early A.M. after someone broke out my rear truck window. They had a replacement window (used but they had it). The price with tax and labor was less than $175. That was awesome. I would recommend checking them out. Its a first come first serve business. Yet this price for use I didnt find cheaper. Recommend!

Really good window repair shop. One of the best ones in the south I can say. They are always fast and ready to work. Many people go there and they are quick to get them all out. The receptionist lady always ready to help just as all the crew in there. The prices are really good according to whatever you need to fix. They dont say no to any work that has to do with Windows and I even seen them fix door handles. Good place to go if you having problems with electronic windows to broken windows.. Seem to have everything in order to finish not like other shops that you would have to order and wait for car to get fixed. 👍 keep it up

This is an amazing place. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They give an estimate time on the wait and they are done on or before the time they estimate. The service is next to none. My husband took my car in a few months ago to get the back window repaired. They were very quick, very fair priced and professional. The only reason this isnt a full 5 star rating is because my back window gives me trouble now and wont go back up after i close it :(

They did a great Job on my back window...

Called a week ago and was quoted 170 $ for my windshield. Called this morning and got a quote of 220$, decided to go with them despite the increased quote because I wanted to support a local brown business instead of the big name auto glass shops. Called back 2 hours later to confirm quote and was told it was 245$.When asked for the reason of the increase, I was rudely told “I don’t know” by the receptionist. I will be taking my business elsewhere for a much lesser cost.I would definitely call around, there are far more professional auto shops around.

Tops. They had the window in stock, quoted us a price and that was it. Plus they said 2hours but only ended being 1hr and 15min. Their work is good and they have great customer service!!!

Broken side passenger window for CR-V. They fixed it with a used window from another CR-V. Just for $70. Meanwhile other place were giving me a price of $180 for new. No thank you. Job well done.

Quick service. But my front tire on the driver side went flat as they were pulling my car into the shop, they were driving through piles of glass!!! When I said something to the worker driving the car, he waved it off. Very rude. By the time he got my car into position my tire was completely flat. Im not sure what the manager did but when I received my car, the tire was filled and not punctured. Could definitely have better customer service. Only gave them 3 stars because of the quality of work, would give 1 if it was based only on customer service. Abel was great though!

I get it, business are struggling but they change their prices all the time. For example, I called 2 months ago about a windshield and got it done yesterday but total different price. They only did that because they knew people got their stimulus checks

Great service and the price was right. They quoted me for both new and used windshield. I went with the used for a company truck and it was perfect - not a scratch on it! And for $110 installed, how can you go wrong? Had rain and snow already and theres not a leak on it. Great experience.

They need to get all the proper information from the customer before they take your keys. They need to inform the Customer better when they are finished working on your vehicle. They do great work and in a timely manner.

Used to be a great place have recommended many people here but it seems that they are under new management. They no longer price match and are very rude. Archer auto glass and Aaron’s auto glass are both cheaper with much better customer service and they both price match I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

They rip people off. I called to price a front windshield. The lady told me $140 for used, $170 for used w/o rain sensor, or $180 brand new with rain sensor. I get there its a whole different story. To make a long story short I ended up pay $195 brand new with the rain sensor. They tried to be nice for ripping me off by giving me a nice heavy keychain, and the guy that actually put my windshield in he put my front license plate on for me. I normally go to them all the time, but this was my first bad experience. Not to mention I set there over two hours.
