Worst dispatcher I’ve ever talked to so rude and ignorant needs to be fired, has zero communication skills and DID NOT call back like she said she would and the driver tells me he’s 10 mins away and no warning for me to be there like I’d have nothing to do. Everybody else at the company is great except the POS dispatcher needs a attitude adjustment or something else.

I got my windshield replaced recently and it took less than an hour. Then as I was driving home the rear view mirror fell off. It kept doing it so I rode back and they replaced it. No haggling or anything. With this kind of service I will keep coming back. I am a repeat customer as they do not dissapoint!

Junk parts that are way over priced!!went here to get parts. supposedly grade A...they where not even close. most of the parts had rust and all 10 parts I had ordered where damaged and needed repaired. I drove 2 hours to get these and I asked for a discount so I could pay to get them repaired. they said if you dont like them go elsewhere. I was lied to on the phone about these all being in good shape. I will never go back! Also the guy I was working with was super nice on the phone but was extremely rude and cocky in person

Have you waiting in line for a long time, the part I ordered got delivered an hour late, on top of that it was the wrong part and had to wait 2 more days for the right one to arrive and on top of that, it was 3 hours late. Not doing business with these people ever again. Try your best to take your business elsewhere.

I called to get a price on some rims for my tires. I woman answered and then transferred me to a man. He sounded Latin. I asked him a few questions and he had an attitude right off the bat for no reason. He gave me attitude the entire conversation which lasted a mere 20 seconds due to how rude he was being. I told him nevermind because he had a really bad attitude. They have horrible customer service here and have attitudes with the customers. Definitely would not recommend. I will take my money elsewhere.

Walked in on a Saturday morning to purchase a part that I had seen available through a parts database. I was greeted a courteous gentleman at the counter who verified that the part was in stock. There was a wait time for the part to be pulled. but it was understandable given that it was a Saturday. I was updated on the status during my wait . I Will be swapping out the part during the week but so far the experience at aero was good.

Decent prices on the parts you need. Honest and informative workers. Reasonable and efficient service. They’re also pretty well stocked and will likely have the part you need for just about any replacement or repair. If not, they’ll order it for you and usually have it in a day or so. Overall, no real complaints on my end. I’d recommend this place.

This place is a good place to get good used tires at an inexpensive price. I got two of them. They will not put the tires on for you nor will they dispose of the old ones. The place was pretty busy.

Great experience. Parts were delivered to south suburbs for free and I wasnt home when parts were dropped off, the driver waited 15 min for me without complaining at all. When I first went there the staff was very efficient and helpful when locating the part. When I needed another part for my car i called and Victor searched for me. He asked me to send him pictures of the problem area and was able to pinpoint what part i would need. Unfortunately they didnt have the part in stock. He later called me to inform me that he called another location, that they had it and it would b there the next day. Above and beyond service. Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Cracked my Uncles windshield and was able to get it replaced before he got off work to see it. It was like it never happened. Service was very straight forward, was able to get me in and out in a reasonable time and an ok price.

Aero Auto Parts is great, they are a big help,, I brought a power steering bracket and the MECHANIC I use to install it on my vehicle did not work, So I went back to Aero and explained what my mechanic stated it didnt work, and I learned that My ex mechanic had damaged the pump more then one way, but Aero still exchanged part at NO CHARGE,,,THANKS AERO,,,👍I RECOMMEND

I called Friday to find out if they had a 2012 Kia Soul door driver side. A gentleman Bob answered the phone and was extremely pleasant . Accommodated me with a quote .Wee picked up door on Saturday .when we picked up the door, the experience was even better he gave us a good break and the and best service anyone could ever ask for . They also do repairs on windshields and locks I would highly recommend them for .their prompt actions and attention . I give them on the scale of 1 to 10 a 15.

Very racist staff...I went here a few times and they yell at you or wont answer your questions...I found a better junk yard on the west side..and I live on the south side..ill never stop at this hateful place again!! the staff needs lessions in being polite...but I guess when you have so many people who takes the crap from these idiots who own the place..it makes sense in a sick way.. avoid this dump of a jump yard at all costs!

Front desk counter person was not only rude but started talking about me even before I walked away. I didnt know that it was $20 for them to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my car. Its not the $20 its the attitude and complaining to her colleague that I didnt want to pay in front of me. Maybe its a normal for shop etiquette and Im not used to people being so rude.

Bad experience! I called and spoke with a front desk person that informed me the part I was looking for was there. Drove there,which wasnt close, told them what I was there for, sat down for about a 1/2 hour, just to be told that they didnt have the part after all! Wait, what, I said, but, I called first and was told you had it. Their answer was, well, sometimes the computer lies to us! Not cool at all!

Socially irresponsible company. One of their drivers almost killed me driving me off the road and almost hitting other cars on the 290. I filed a police report and called and talked with Frank the manage who downplayed the incident and promised to call me back but never did. This company really doesnt care about the reckless driving behavior of their drivers.

This place has probably the worst operating hours of any junk yard in the city. Who closes at 5, EVERY working day of the week? Completely unreasonable hours.
