David helped me with a belt tension-er today. I was sorta stuck with mine rubbing against my alt. He did not have the Gates part on hand today during our first phone call; but, rather than just leaving me stranded he did find the correct part was out of stock, he cross referenced it to another manufacturer (Dayco) and called me back to let me know he did indeed have one. I was very grateful, and surprised to get a follow up phone call. Thanks again Dave. You and your parts manager were helpful today.
