Beware of doing business here. I submitted a review on their Facebook page using pictures and video as proof of their horrible work and they took down their page afterwards. I had awnings placed on my property by them in June of 2020 and instantly had issues with water leaking under the awning. After two attempts of them trying to fix the issue, the awning was completely destroyed and unable to repair. This resulted in the owner stating hed have to replace the entire awning, which he agreed to and signed on the existing contract, only for him to breach contract a week later stating he wasnt going to repair. I informed the town of Cicero about this and learned they never got a permit to do the job on my property, nor are they licensed or insured to do work in the town of Cicero. Also discovered they are not in good standing with the state of Illinois. Today I arrived home to find my awning collapsed from the snow. Mind you, I havent had a year with these awnings. The owner refused to reimburse me my funds, which is now leading to me having to file a lawsuit. I filed a claim with better business bureau, which they informed me the business never responded back to attempt to resolve this matter. Horrible customer service and horrible products from this company. Save yourself the disappointment and headache. See photos for reference.

If i could give 0 i would! With all the snow that fell my sisters awning on her front porch is almost collapsed. Hasn’t even been a year since she got the work done. When she tried to leave a review on fb they deleted it. Smh
